I just got back from yps, so I'll just do a prayer.
I have a prayer request for one of my friends, tomorrow will be a year since his grandfather passed away, they were close so it was hard on him. Please pray for him during this time.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for everything You do for us, You give and take away, yet we will still praise You. A year ago tomorrow You took someone to Yourself. You brought my close friend's grandfather to yourself, You took him away from all the pain and trouble in this world, and You brought him to the perfection, joy and beauty of Heaven. We know he is much happier there than he ever was here on earth, but his family and friends who You have left here, in Your infinite wisdom, miss him very much. He was a godly example to everyone around him and taught them many important lessons about life and love. Father please be near and comfort my friend and his family, especially his grandmother as they commemorate a year since their beloved Grandfather, father and husband went to be with You. Please also be near everyone else in my prayer journal, and everyone reading this who has lost a loved one, in Jesus's name, Amen
