April 18, Ps 119:121-128

11 4 2

Hey guys! I'm really happy right now! As you probably know, I've got some health issues, and have not been well for quite a while. Some days are worse than other days, but I haven't had a really good day in months. Today I felt amazing! It was the warmest day so far this year, spring is in the air! I had energy, I had a few hours with no pain! I have not felt as good as I did today since last summer! I'm so happy that I'll hopefully have a few months of good health before fall, but I'm also sad. Because I have been unwell for so long, I had forgotten what it felt like to be healthy.

121 I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors.

122 Give your servant a pledge of good; let not the insolent oppress me.

123 My eyes long for your salvation and for the fulfillment of your righteous promise.

124 Deal with your servant according to your steadfast love, and teach me your statutes.

125 I am your servant; give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies!

126 It is time for the LORD to act, for your law has been broken.

127 Therefore I love your commandments above gold, above fine gold.

128 Therefore I consider all your precepts to be right; I hate every false way. - Psalm 119:121-128

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for your many blessings! Thank you especially for the taste of good health You gave me today. I'm tempted to be sad, even mad that my health is not always as good as it was today. Father please help me be thankful for the health You do give and not covetous of it when You do not give it to me. Father please help us all with the temptation to want more than You give us. Father please be near everyone everyone in my prayer journal, especially as we celebrate Good Friday tomorrow, in Jesus's name, Amen
