James' p o v

*quack quack quack*

I rolled over in my bed and turned off my alarm. Urrggghh. It's too early. I laid there for a minute, scrolling through the notifications on my phone.
Twitter, twitter, Facebook, snapchat, twitter, text, twitter. I unlocked my phone to read the text, and smiled at my home screen. Me and Lou. We've officially been dating for a week. And it's been the best week ever. She's beyond perfect, I'm so lucky to have her. I haven't told my parents yet, and I don't think Lou's told kate and Steve. To be honest, I'm not even sure Grace knows. But it won't be long until they find out.
The text was from brad.
'Hey my train gets in at 12, see you soon;)'
Brad and tris are coming over today and staying for 3 nights. I can't wait to see them, it's been too long. I sent Lou a good morning text and then tiredly got out of bed and packed a bag for the gym. I pulled on some trackies and a chucked on a baggy vest and jogged downstairs.
"Morning mum." I said as a grabbed an apple and gave her a quick hug.
"Morning james!"
"I'm off to the gym before the guys get here. See you later."
"Okay have a good workout." I shut the door behind me and walked quite quickly to the gym.

After a good two hours, I retired from my workout. I was completely drenched in sweat. It's a good sign though. I jumped into the shower in the gym changing rooms and washed my body thoroughly. I dressed in the spare clean clothes I bought with me and then started on my way home. I waved goodbye to the guy at the reception. He knows me quite well now, since I come here so often. And his younger sisters a huge fan of my band.
I came to a crossroad on the way home. If I went one way, I'd go straight home, but if I went the other, I could go and see Lou... What would a good boyfriend do?;).
I turned left and quickened my pace, I could just about see her house. It's almost 10 o'clock, so she won't be up yet. I jogged round to the side of her house and picked up a few stones. For the last few days I've done this. 2 stones means open the window. 3 stones means open the door. I chucked one up, then another, then another. I walked back over to her front door, dropped my bag down, and waited. Within a few seconds, the door flew open and Lou came running towards me in her pyjamas. She jumped up and wrapped her legs around my waist, and her arms around my neck. I supported her at her bum. Lovely;). She hugged me and then pulled me into a sweet, loving kiss. She then unwrapped her legs, and slid down to the ground.
"Morning gorgeous." I said holding her head in my hands. I kissed her forehead gently.
"Morning handsome." She said and took my hand. I spun her round and hugged her from behind. She giggled and together we waddled into her house. As we did I kissed her neck and whispered things in her ear. I loved this. Asking her out was the best thing I've ever done. She broke away from me and reached up to open a cupboard. She had to stretch because of her height.
"You want a drink?" She offered bringing two glasses out of her cupboard.
"Yes please."
"Orange juice?" I nodded and she poured me and herself a glass. We sat at the kitchen table, just talking. But soon found ourselves in fits of laughter.
Suddenly we both heard a thump, followed by a groan. Lou gave me a confused face which made me laugh and then a tired, grumpy Grace came bounding through the door.
"Good morning Gracie!" Lou sang.
"Morning." She grumbled. I know she's not a morning person, but this wasn't like her...
"Are you okay Grace?" I asked. She jerked her head at me. Probably surprised to see me.
"I've been better. Have either of you seen Will?"

Lou's p o v

Will... Him and Grace had been having a lot of arguments lately. I'm not sure what over, Grace doesn't like to talk about them. She just gets mad and goes to bed. I really want to know what's going on but I don't want to push it. They seem to argue, then the next day, they are on top I eachother again. It's weird.
"Not since yesterday. Have you two had another argument?" I lowered my voice. I didn't know if she wanted james to know.
"I'll tell you later." She replied.
"Do you want me to go?" James said sensing something was wrong.
"Would you mind? I'll see you later I promise." I said. I need to make sure Grace is okay, but uugggh I want to be with James.
"I'll text you, I've got the guys over later." I walked to the door with James and we stood outside so grace couldn't see or hear us. She doesn't know about us yet, I haven't really had the right time to tell her, with all this going on with will, and her parents come back tonight. I might just tell them all then.
"I'm so sorry. Really. I just... I have to-" He shut me up with a kiss and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Sssh. It's fine. I'll see you soon beautiful." He kissed me again, causing my whole body to explode with the best sort of butterflies. He lingered in the kiss and I had to break away.
"I have to go." I whispered our faces still touching. He came back teasing me with kisses.
"James!" I giggled.
"What!" He said continuing. Giving in, I ran my hands through his soft, short hair and kissed him softly. Well, it started softly...
"I know I'm irresistible and everything," James broke from my kiss for a second. I pressed my lips against his again.
"But I have to go. Try not to miss me too much, I know that might be hard." He let go of me and I instantly missed him. He picked up his bag and walked of down the street. He looked back and grinned, then he disappeared round the corner.
I stood there and relived that moment in my head. Oh god I'm smiling like an idiot. I turned and entered the house again. Grace stood there, looking like a complete zombie. My smile vanished.
She looked at me, her eyes brimming with tears. She fell into my arms covering her face, and cried loudly.
"Shhhhh." I said stoking her hair. Once she'd calmed a little, I led her into the lounge and sat her down on the sofa.
"I'm listening. Tell me everything." I said as soothingly as I could. I held her hands and tried to comfort her. I dont think I've ever seen her this sad.
Her hair was in knots, her makeup still on from last night and had been smudged across her face, she had the same clothes on as she did last night. She looked a wreck.
"I think it's over this time Lou." She whimpered, not looking me in the eye. "We fought for hours. There was so much shouting and screaming."
"Did her hurt you in anyway?" I asked softly.
"No no no. He'd never do that. He thought I was flirting with other guys but I swear I wasn't! She sniffled. Of anyone he's the one who flirts....
"Hey hey," I pulled a tissue from the box on the side and wiped her tears away. "I believe you. Are you gonna try settle things with him today?"
"I think so."
"How about you text him?" I spoke softly still.
"Yeah." She pulled her phone out and text him something.
"Okay, now you have a shower, do your hair. Make yourself up to show him how lucky he is to have you!" She giggled.
"Thankyou." She grinned, wiped her eyes and breathed out deeply. "Okay. Oh mum and dad are coming home today so would you mind just making sure everything's up to a good standard..."
"I'll clean up don't worry." I laughed.
"Thankyou I love you loads." She got up and I heard her feet patter up the stairs.
