to anyone who doesn't believe in coincidences being just another form of fate. to the ones with their heads in the clouds. to the people who know that there's more to life than money and status. here's to the girls who care more about books and poetry than makeup and heels, to the boys who swim against the tide. here's to the people with good hearts; for everything you've let go of just because it's better off that way.
here's to the girl who doesn't believe in love, here's to the boy who doesn't believe in loyalty.

I feel the need to address certain issues before y'all go ahead and judge (i know people do this. them people who assume that everything writers write is their personal beliefs and opinions.) no offense, but please read this to gain understanding.
if you've scrolled down till here and you're still reading, thank you. i need to get this straight before y'all go on and begin the book. whatever i wrote in this book, all thoughts, feelings, opinions, THEY ARE NOT MY PERSONAL ONES. i'd had to change a lot in these characters to make this book work. honestly, it would never have worked otherwise. both my protagonist and antagonist had to be given certain mindsets about life in general that i do NOT follow.
for example. if i say that my protagonist doesn't believe in fate, in no way does this mean that i don't believe in fate. i do. mia lynch is the most challenging character i'd had to write to date, because she's so different. there's also not much of her personality that's like mine, or kaylie from TIAWH. please bear this in mind when you're reading this book.thank you.
