Feels Better {Dabi x Deku}

Killing Queen.

Izuku's POV

I woke up in Dabi's arms. He held me tightly as if I would disappear any second. My arm was in a cast and I could feel newly placed stitches messily scattered on one side of my face. "Fuckkk." I muttered, fluttering my eyes open. Dabi suddenly looked at me, surprised.

It took only a second before our lips touched each other.

I melted into him, sinking. "It feels like so long since we last did it." I whispered into his ear, clutching his face with my unbroken arm.

He merely replied by kissing me back, his hands caressing my waist.

Dabi's POV

I sighed, staring intently at my sleeping Izuku. We'd did it over and over again...as if we needed each other to live, to breathe.

I brushed my thumb on his stitches, being careful not to wake him. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you...

My thoughts were interrupted by the incessant sound of my phone ringing. I grabbed it, irritated. "Who the hell is this?" I asked. Villains never saved contacts, it was just too risky. Ah, that reminds me...I gotta tell Izuku to delete my contact...

"It's Toga." She sounded grave, her usual liveliness faded.

"Mind telling me why you decided to interrupt my day?"

"Dude...your fuckin boyfriend killed Kurogiri. He...he died a few minutes ago. Just thought you should know."

My eyes widened, as the phone slipped from my hands. It fell on the floor with a clatter. I turned, to look at Izuku once more.

He killed Kurogiri. He...was able to kill someone.

Sighing, I picked up the phone.

"Kurogiri knew what he was getting himself into. This changes nothing. Kuro was merely a pawn of the bigger plan...remember that. And tell Tomura we can skip the bullshit phases. Clearly..." I paused. "Izuku's ready."

I clicked off the phone, rubbing my eyes worriedly. I couldn't shake off this feeling of...loss...and grief. Head in hands, I stared at the ground,

as a single tear slipped out my eye.
