Feels Better {Dabi x Deku}

die. DIE.

Izuku's POV

I'm...drowning.

I felt submerged in the dark fog. Every breath felt like my last. Any sense of direction I had, gone to hell as Kurogiri began to try and close the portal. In an instant, my life flashed before my eyes.

~Flash Backs~

"I'm gonna call you Kacchan~!"

"You can be whatever you want to be okay Izuku?"

"I love you."

"I'm sorry!!"

"Die."

"Die!"

"DIE!"

I was breaking apart. My head pounded loudly, tears spilling out my eyes. "I don't wanna die anymore..." I whispered, eyes shut. I could almost feel Dabi next to me, his comforting smell, soft hands...

And there was no way in hell I was going to leave him now.

Kurogiri's POV

His quirk is the only thing keeping him alive right now. I watched, grinning, as the fog became smaller and smaller, drowning Izuku. 
"Kurogiri!" I heard a familiar voice scream my name over the sound of the rushing wind. Damn... From the corner of my eye, I saw Dabi, absolute terror on his face. But I couldn't stop. This is what being a villain is. This is what I am. I pushed harder, ignoring his wretched screams. He pleaded, begging me to stop. "He's probably dead by now Dabi~" I called out, seeing the purple haired teen smash his fist into the shielding barrier. The building was beginning to creak, the rotting wood beneath beginning to give way. Just as I thought it was over, just as I thought I won...

I saw flashes of green lighting flicker.

Narrator's POV 0w0

Kurogiri watched in horror as a broken, slashed, arm reached through the opening of the portal. "NO!" he roared, collapsing on his knees. 

Little by little, Izuku Midoriya crawled his way out.
