Miss Me, Kiss Me

Dabi's POV

I momentarily froze, contemplating whether to bolt out the room right that second. The old man with the scarf cleared his throat, his bloodshot eyes drilling holes into me.

"What? Do you want an applause? Take your seat already." He scoffed, pointing a finger towards the back of the classroom.

I stalked to the back of the classroom, ignoring my brother's stares and instead looking directly at Izuku. I couldn't tell what was going on in his mind, as he successfully held a poker face for the rest of the class period. The only thing I knew for sure was that a piece of my past had crept its way into my future..

..and that was not going end very well.

Narrator's POV

The minute the bell rang for lunch, Izuku and Todoroki both got up immediately, both of them slowly moving closer to Dabi. Izuku reached him first, grabbing the now red-haired boy by his sleeve and into the hallway.

Todoroki's POV

The bell rang after what felt like an eternity, and all I wanted to do..was bolt out of my seat and scream.

Scream in his face.

Ask him why he destroyed our family.

And then scream some more.

I made my way toward him, only to have a flash of familiar green hair block my view. A frowning Midoryia had grasped my brother, dragging him outside of the classroom.

What the hell? How do they know each other?

Better yet..why do they know each other..?

Izuku's POV

I felt a rush of adrenaline. That's the only way to explain it. We left the classroom and I slammed him against the wall. He stared at me, confused, as I studied his face.

"Did you do all this for me?" My voice was coarse as I whispered, watching his every move.

He nodded, about to say something when I interrupted him with a kiss. A long..way overdue...kiss. He grasped my waist and I leaned into him, melting. As much as I didn't want to admit it before, and that night, I missed him. I really, really fucking did.
