We've been doing all this press for Who Do You Love with the Chainsmokers for about a month of just interviews. It got a bit weird and I felt off just jumping right back in after disappearing for so long.

Today we were in New York for more press stuff, but we landed early enough that we had some down time to hang around the city or hotel until noon. That meant I had three hours before I need to go get ready for our interviews, but Calum said he didn't feel good, his head was hurting, and he's has a slight fever.

I sighed and Calum rested his head on my lap while I ran my hands through his hair "I'll go get you medicine and soup, then I'll come right back." Calum didn't say anything and I see that his eyes are closed. I got up slowly and he just grunted "I'll be back" I gave him a kiss in his lips.

"You shouldn't be kissing me" he mumbled holding my hand.

I chuckled and kissed him again "I love you."

"I love you too, come back soon so we can snuggle for a while" he told me. I nodded and grabbed my bag heading out, I went to the elevator then looked up some soup places, a CVS, and maybe a jewelry store.

I walked out on the street and fans started walking towards me, but I ignored them heading to the soup place that was surprisingly really close by. I got in line and got Calum his chicken soup "By any chance do you know where the CVS is at?" I asked the cashier.

"Yeah, just walked down the street you'll see it on the the left side" he told me with a smile. "You know, I'm about to go on my break. Maybe I'll walk you down there, make sure you do t get lost" he offers with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes "Well, if you wanna pay for my boyfriends medicine then you could walk me."

He just scoff "Whatever" and I waited off to the side for the soup. "Here's your chicken soup" he hands it over to me, but holds onto my bag "Well, my number is in the bag if you guys break up."

I rolled my eyes and pulled the bag away heading out. Fans stood outside waiting on me to get pictures and I make my way through avoiding them "Back the hell up please" I tell them wiggling through.

I keep walking looking for a big CVS sign and I see it from a couple blocks away, so I walked over there quickly trying to get away from fans. I felt my phone vibrated and it's Luke, I crossed the street and answered the phone "Hey."

"Hey, do you think you could pick up that hair oil stuff that you gave me? It's the coconut oil cream" he asked me.

"Yeah, I'm about to walk into CVS right now. Are you guys still at the hotel?" I asked walking to the medicine getting DayQuil and NightQuil for Calum.

"Yeah, I just got out of the shower and I think Ashton is looking for some tea place."

I nodded "Okay, I'll drop it off at your room then."

"Thanks hun!"

I laughed "No problem." I hung up and grabbed a squeeze bottle of the hair oil Luke wants. He started using it since he saw me use it back in LA, then stole mine because he doesn't know where to get it.

I went to pay for it and I saw fans still just following around recording me. I groaned and walked out "Can we get pictures?" They asked. I ignored them and kept walking following the Google maps to a jewelry store. "Please!" They asked running up to me.

I groaned and covered my face "Back up" I told them annoyed. I looked around following the map and found the streets to make the turn as the fans continued to follow. "Stop following me, I'm not taking pictures or videos! I'm fed up with it, back up and leave me alone" I said raising my voice and going in the jewelry store.

I took a deep breath to help myself relax and walked around "Hi do you need help?" Some lady asked me. I nodded "Anything specific?"

"Uhmm, Yeah. I wanted to get a ring for my boyfriend, something manly and cute" I told her. I looked in the glass cases and my phone vibrated again "What's up Ash?"

"Are you in a jewelry shop?"

I stood up a little looking around "Uhh, Yeah? How do you know?"

"There's a crowd, I was heading back to the hotel" he told me and I see him walk in squeezing through the crowd of fans.

Ashton walked over to me "What are you looking for?"

"I want to get Calum a ring."

His jaw dropped "Oh shit, are you proposing?!"

I furrowed my eyebrows "I'm just getting him a ring." Ashton just looked at me confused "Just help me look for a very Calum ring."

"Do I get something?" He asks looking at the rings.

"Sure, just help me look for something for Calum first" I mumble.

"So this is just a promise ring?" She asked me and I nodded. "How long you guys been together?"

I sighed "It's a ring. We been on and off, but for about 4 years total now."

"I found one" Ashton said. I walked over and he pointed out the ring with a silver band, diamonds in the middle and a row across making a cross "That's perfect for him."

I nodded "I'll get this one right here, you go get yours and pick something for Luke because he's gonna be butthurt" I told him.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah, go or imma change my mind" I told him. I talked to the lady figuring out Calum's ring size, so I called Luke "Hey, what's your ring size?"

"Umm, a 9. Why?"

"Thanks and I'm getting Calum something."

"Oh my god! You're proposing!" He yelled.

I rolled my eyes "I'm not, I'm getting him a gift."

"Alright, see you soon" Luke hung up and told the lady a size nine.

I looked at the ring and though I should get Calum a necklace just in case he wants the ring on a necklace. I choose this thin shiny silver necklace "Ohhh that looks good. It's won't fade right?"

"No, it's real. It only fades if it's fake" she told me. "Ready to pay?" I nodded and we went to the register and Ashton was there, then gave me a hug thanking me. "No problem, I like getting you guys things."

I paid for everything and put everything in separate bags for each of the boys. Ashton and I took a Uber back to the hotel, then headed up to the rooms. I went Luke's first to give him his hair oil "Yes! I'm so happy!" He yelled shaking the bottle. "Thanks."

I chuckled "I got you something, but Ashton picked it out" I handed him the bag and Luke pulled the box out. "Open it" I told him, he did exactly that and it revealed this cool ring with chains down the middle.

Luke's jaw dropped and he hugged "Why? I- thank you!"

"Because I wanted to, I'll see you in like two hours. Calum wants his soup" I told him hugging him back and running down to my room. I opened the door and Calum just laid there in his boxers hugging a pillow, I walked over leaving his soup at the table. "Baby, do you want to take your medicine?" I rubbed his back ran my nail on his scalp because he says it's soothing for him.

All I got was a mumble and a sigh, I kissed his shoulder and laid myself on his back "Mmmm."

"Come on, eat and take some medicine" I told him. Calum sat up slowly and I sat up, but he had this printing on his face, hair all over the place, and a bit sweating.

He went to the bathroom and I just on the bed on my phone. "What's this?" He said annoyed with his eyebrows furrowed.

I looked over and he was holding a receipt "Your soup receipt?" I said confused.

Calum got dressed and grabbed his phone "You seriously have the nerve to treat me like that? After everything?!"

I groaned and stood up "What do you mean? I just went to get you soup and medicine."
