"Just talk to him." My dad said over the phone.
"Where would I even start that conversation? Hi, I'm your sister that you never got to know. How's life?" I said rolling my eyes and logging on to my schools database to start working on my classwork.
"I mean, I think it's a good place to start."
"Dad-" I said, pausing. "I don't have time for this."
"He's been asking about you." I sighed, and pinched the bridge of my nose.
"Alright. Give him my number and if he's calls or texts, I'll talk to him."
"That's all I ask."
"What's his name? I can't just call him dude or brother."
"His name is Caleb."
"Okay." I said, taking a deep breath. "Well I've got to get started on some school work, so I better get off here."
"Alright.

I hung up the phone and laid it on the desk beside me, focusing my attention on my school work and trying not to let everything distract me.

Business ethics, this should be fun. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, clearing all thoughts from my head before clicking on the course and going to the content tab for today.

Thirty minutes in and I'm absolutely confused. I don't think this reading is in English. I keep having to stop to google every other word just to kind of get a grasp of what was going on.

The doorbell rang and I cheered a little, knowing that it was the food that I ordered and that I could take a few minutes away from my computer and then maybe I'll be good to finish the reading and take the quiz. I got up from the desk and jogged to the door to open it.

I opened the door and smiled, noticing the bag of food in the delivery persons hand.

"Thank you." I said grabbing the five dollar bill out of my pocket to tip them and taking my food from them.

I closed the door and walked back into the office, grabbing an onion ring out of the bag on the way. I sat back down in my chain and spun around a couple of times before stopping myself and going back to reading this article.

My phone buzzed on the desk and I turned it over, half expecting it to be Caleb. I don't know why I was, but it was just sitting in the back of my mind. However, it was just a text from Grayson.

Gray💙
How's it going?

Me:
I've got two more pages to read and
then I have to take a quiz.

Gray💙
Do you need anything?

Me:
Can you come over when you're done
filming for the day?

Gray💙
Of course, you want me to
bring anything?

Me:
Not unless you happen to stumble
upon some dinner 😬

Gray💙
I think I may just do that

Me:
Sounds like a plan.
I love you, see you when you get here.

"Thank god!" I screamed out, finally clicking on the last question of the quiz. "True or false? Culture is comprised of the values, norms, folkways and behaviors of an organization. Ethics is about moral values, or values regarding right and wrong. Therefore, cultural assessments can be extremely valuable when assessing the moral values in an organization." I read the question out loud trying to see if that would help me get the right answers. I clicked true and then saved the question before going to submit it.

I bit my thumb while the grade was being calculated. The score popped up and I jumped up from my chair and threw my hands in the air.

"Fuck yeah. I got a 91." I did a little happy dance before grabbing my phone off the desk and walking out of the office. I closed the door and turned around, nearly jumping five feet in the air when I saw Ally sitting on the couch.
