I pulled up to the small white house, killing the rumble from the engine on my mustang. I climbed out of the door as dust flew around behind Daryl's truck. A smirk was plastered on his face as he pulled up and got out of the truck. I popped the trunk open and bent down to grab our bags when I caught Daryl staring at me. I turned around to see his smirk widen a bit and I felt suddenly hotter, like the Georgia heat got kicked up a notch. I winked before turning around and heading to the house.

I watched as her beautiful figure walked away, her boots kicking up a small bit of dust. She doesn't even know the effect she has on me with her sexy swaying walk, shinny hair, tan skin, and that beautiful smile. I couldn't get that smile out of my head, and just thinking about her made me get this weird feeling. I ran a grimy hand over my face, sighing as I grabbed my bags and headed over to the RV. I tossed Dale the bags before jogging over to Rick on the porch. He looked stressed out about this Randell thing, and I had a bad feeling today didn't go as planned. "Hey, Rick." I hollered walking up the steps. He sighed and put his hands on his hips, taking a deep breath. "Daryl, I need a favor." He said before muttering something in my ear. I nodded, agreeing to do the favor. I needed to get information from the kid. He gave me a apologetic look before marching into the house. I made my way over to the barn, taking a deep breath before entering.

I inside handing Hershel some things from my bag and making my way upstairs. I found Maggie on her bed, looking very worn. I knocked slightly before walking in and placing a bag on her bed. "I figured you and Beth needed some new clothes, I picked up a few things" I whispered, careful not to hit a nerve. "How is she?" I muttered. "Maggie shook her head before letting a few tears fall onto her lap. "Hey, she'll be just fine, she's a strong girl." I said, shifting uncomfortably. I grabbed a few things from my bag and walked into Beth's room. She sat on the bed with a bandage wrapped around her wrist. The normal, hopeful light in her eyes was gone. I cringed but pressed forward. "Hey Beth, I grabbed you a few things on the run today. They might be a bit big but I'm sure you'll grow into them by winter." I pulled out a pink knitted sweater and a pair of blue jeans with a few under-shirts. I saw something spark in her eyes when she saw the pink sweater, and she smiled slightly as she held it up to herself. "It's pretty, thanks" she said meekly. I nodded before walking back out into the warm Georgia weather. I let the sun warm my face as I sat on the railing. After a few minutes I headed to the forest to hunt for awhile, searching for peace and quiet in the trees.

All I could see was red as I paced the room in front on Randell who was already bleeding. I punched him square in the jaw 3 more times, feeling my knuckles split from the impact and the crunch from his jaw. "I told you.." He wheezed. "You told me shit!" I yelled grabbing his jacket and sitting him up-right harshly. "I barley knew those guys! I met em' on the road," His annoying voice pleaded. I was getting sick of him already. "How many in your group?" My southern accent became thicker as I paced around. He was stalling, trying to catch his breath. I pulled out my long bowie knife, and by the look on his face he was petrified. There was no way in hell I was putting this group in danger. "No, no, no, no ,no, no come on man," He pleaded as I slammed my knife into the wood, inches away from his bad leg. I felt adrenaline course through me. "How many?!" "Uh- Uh, 30, 30, 30 guys!" He said, squeezing his eyes closed. "Where?" He was stalling again, so I ripped the bandage off of his leg and placing the tip of my knife on his healing wound. He squirmed underneath, begging me to stop. "I don't know em' I swear! We were never at any place more than a night." He muttered through clenched teeth. I tensed my jaw. "Scouting? Plannin' on stayin' local?" I asked placing my knife slowly into the cut. "Ahg! I don't know they left me behind!" He squirmed. "Think we can pick off a scab?" I asked as he squirmed and pleaded "Start real slow at first, but then later you just gotta rip it off" I felt the venom in my voice as he begged. "Okay! Okay, th-th-they have weapons. Heavy stuff, automatics, But I didn't do anything!" I wiggled trying to get out of the hold I had on him "You shot at my boys? At my girl? Try to take this farm? You just went along for the ride, Try to tell me your innocent!?" I yelled in his face. "Yes!" He screamed. I stood up abruptly and thought about what I had just said, did I really just say my girl? Hell yeah I did, but I pushed those thoughts away for later as I paced in front of the kid. "These people took me in, not just guys, a-a-a-a whole group of em', men and woman, kids to just like you people! Thought I'd have a better chance with em' ya know? But, We'd go out, scavenge, just the men. One night we, we found this little campsite a man and his two daughters. Teenagers ya know? Real younge, real cute." He looked up and I saw the evil in his eyes when he talked about the girls. I felt a deep, hatred for him grow in my stomach thinking of the things he could do if he got out. What he would do to Maggie, Carol, Lori, Andrea, Beth, Rose. I froze. "The daddy had to watch as these guys, they-they... and they didn't even kill them afterwards! They just made him watch.. his daughters, jus-jus-just left em' there. No- b-b-b-but I didn't touch those girls! no I swear_" I cut him off with a swift punch to the face with all the anger I had.
