general P.O.V
the group sprinted through the trees, the moans of the dead close behind them.
clem, Aj, louis and vi had gone out scavenging, and had gotten caught in a herd.
"there!" louis pointed ahead of them, where a small brick cottage sat, desolated on the side of the road. the teen ran in, small child in tow. violet and louis held the door closed while clem and Aj looked for something to barricade the door with, before long finding a hammer and nails. the used the hammer to peel back some floorboards to board the door off.
the thumps of the hammer against the walls vibrated around the small house. before long, the door was appropriately barred. the foursome slumped tp the floor, exhausted and on a low from their dropping levels of adrenaline.
"drop your weapons" came a dark voice behind them, they all turned around, only to be met with a boy around their age wearing a balaclava, tousled brown hair and brown eyes. clementines eyes widened as she recognised him
"g-gabe?" the rest of the group looked at her, louis feeling a pit grow in his stomach as he recognised the name. this was the boy clem had past feelings for. the boy, who was still aiming his gun at them all, pulled away his balaclava, gasping as he put the pieces together. "clementine?" he ran over and, much to louis' disgust, pressed his lips against hers. louis stood up, rage in his dark orbs. much to his delight however, clementine instantly pulled away. "gabe no." she said simply, stepping back. "how the hell are you alive! I watched you die! you weren't breathing and your heart wasn't beating when I left you!" gabe looked shocked at her sudden angry outburst. "a group of passerby's found me and resuscitated me. who are these people?" the rest of the group stood up. clem pointed to each individually. "violet, my best friend, you know Aj, and louis, my fiance" louis smirked at the title. he had popped the question just weeks prior, and revelled in gabes expression. "oh.." he said simply, looking down. he then perked up, seemingly remembering a fact. "wait Aj, as in Alvin jr? the one you were so set on saving from mcCaroll ranch? you got him?" clem smiled, Aj moving toward her, tugging her arm. "clem how does he know me?"
"he was a... friend of mine while you were at the rench I saved you from. he and his uncle helped find it." clem rubbed his afro as gabe smiled. both louis and violet felt uneasy at how hesitant she was to label him, sharing a quick but troubled glance between the pair. " then why did he put his mouth on yours? only louis ever does that. " gabe went red as he remembered. "well buddy, I have the same feelings about clem that louis does, I have since we met. and ive been spending all these years apart missing her and wondering if she found someone new. " clem hissed through her teeth. "the hell you mean, someone new! we were never a thing! we never even kissed before." she pulled out her knife, jabbing his throat with the butt of it. violet grinned, and louis looked shocked. he always knew his girl had fire, but he never truly realised how much. "woah clem. theres no need for this. I just assumed im sorry"
louis narrowed his eyes at him. he didn't trust this gabe. "guys the herd is gone, we can go." Aj exclaimed, as ready as the rest to just get home. "guys... could I um... come with you?" clem looked at him, furrowed his eyebrows. "why, Richmond isn't even a days walk from here." gabe dropped his head. "they kicked me out because... I was working with the, new frontier the whole time." clems eyes widened and the room fell silent.
louis P.O.V
"you where WHAT" she flipped her knife, now holding it to his throat. "they offered me stuff I couldn't refuse!" clem looked at him darkly as I stepped forward. "we should take him back to the school and put him in the basement. he could be useful to us." clementine nodded, shoving him. "get walking asshole" she growled. her being intimidating was always a bit of a turn on for me, so I prayed my dick wouldn't fail me now. we walked the way back to the school in silence, gabe stumbling as she shoved him.
as soon as we got to the school, obviously we were peppered with questions, asking if he was from the delta, who he was, how we found him, ect. "il get him sorted, you fill everyone in." I quickly pecked my fiances lips as she handed me her knife. i made sure gabe saw, as though i was claiming her, before shoving him again. "alright bud get moving." I escorted him into the basement, tying him to a shelf with some zip ties "why are you guys doing this." he whispered. "the new frontier and us are at war. you could be useful to us. " i snapped, before heading back out the door. I saw clem talking to ruby, and I put my finger to my lips, to tell her not to tell clem I was there. she gave me a quick look, still talking, as if to say ok. I snuck behind clem, before using one hand to cover her eyes, the other wrapping its self around her waist "guess who." I whispered in her ear. she laughed and turned around, pressing her lips to mine in a short yet passionate kiss. "im gonna go find Aasim." ruby said gently before leaving us to our devices. we kissed for a few seconds more before I pulled away.
"gabes tied up in the basement. he seemed pretty confused at why we were doing all this. I don't think he knew about out... relationship with the new frontier, or whats left of it. we should interrogate him soon, but I think we should give him a day or so to let him rest up. he seemed exhausted."
"fair enough. but, I know what we cloud do in the meantime." I cocked my head in question. she just took my hand and led me towards the dorms, eventually stopping outside ours.
I rapidly took the hint as we began to kiss. i fondled for the door handle, unlocking the door. i placed my hands on her upper things as she jumped up, wrapping her strong legs around my waist. i pushed the door open with my foot before laying her on the king sized bed. she swiftly pulled my belt out as i slid my coat off. i slipped her jeans over her thighs as she slipped my shirt over my head.
eventually, we were both naked.
we took each other someone we never got the chance to nowadays. and i wouldn't have it any other way.
im not sure what the hell this is, but its ok i guess, so whatever. i might do a part two, depending on if you guys want. i still haven't gotten any ideas yet, so please help a girl out.
