Days have passed until it was finally weekend, the past few days were just plain. I rarely get to hang out with Carolyn and Kristel since they always stick around with that blonde head also known as Ben, I've been avoiding him lately and it seems that he's doing the same to me which left me quite sad. The school dance will be held on a Friday and I'm not sure if I should come, lately, I've been sending Ben text messages about the school dance if he is able to attend and so far I haven't gotten any response. 

The Link wannabe has finally given me access to my phone again in exchange for him taking access to my laptop as well as my N64 in which it didn't bother me that much. He hasn't been pestering me lately nor scaring me it was like he forgot about me, I felt lonely, to be honest, but I'm glad that he's not torturing me. Currently, he's upstairs doing whatever inside my room alone while I was downstairs watching random things on the television, I was bored and lonely as it slowly drives me a bit insane because of it. Suddenly my phone vibrated, picking it up I was surprised to receive a text from Carolyn after a past few days.

Carolyn: Hey loser get ready we're going shopping 

It's been a while since I smiled over a text, but it soon disappeared thinking that Ben could possibly be with her and I didn't want to see nor interact with him at the moment, I feel he doesn't want to as well. Eventually, I typed my response and sent it to Carolyn.

Me: Who else is going shopping?

Carolyn: Just the three of us. Kristel, me and you.

A flood of relief washed over me, I decided to go with them since it's been a while and I could use some human interaction with them because I've been so lonely lately. Standing up I walked upstairs to my room, once I opened the door the Link wannabe is already on my bed typing on my laptop in which is in his possession now. Just like the events from the past few days, he simply ignored me as if I didn't matter to him anymore. I did the same to him as I went to grab my wallet as well as a sweatshirt, after putting on the sweatshirt I finally went downstairs casually. Then I typed a message and sending it to Carolyn.

Me: I'm ready

Carolyn: Cool, btw were already in front of your house 

Walking to the door then opening it, I was greeted by two familiar faces each of them holding a bike. Carolyn smirked at me, it only made me miss those days we had back when we were hanging out. Kristel smiled at me, she always comforted me using only her smile which was incredible in my opinion. One realization came to me and it hit me hard, I miss them both so much. With a smile after a while, I walked to them as I closed the house's door behind me. 

"We brought Kristel's other bike for you"

I noticed that Carolyn was holding two bikes, one of them being similar to me reminding me that I have actually used it before. Without a word I went over to her and grabbed the bike, soon we mounted in our bikes the started to ride our way to the mall. Riding this bike made me feel like a child, the smile on my face didn't leave, I actually became happy after a long time.

"So did any of you got a partner for the school dance?"

Carolyn broke the silence, the three of us were finally walking inside the mall. I shook my head in response to my best friend's question, I noticed Kristel sigh as a frown crept into her face.
