Carolyn, please open the door!
I smacked and pleaded on to the white door, everything was silent except for my pleads. I twisted the doorknob only to find it locked and secured, I once again knocked on the door violently out of desperation to get in the room.
Please!
I cried with tears finally flowing from my eyes, suddenly with one last bang on the door it eventually opened without a reason. Quickly pushing the door to only be greeted by an awful sight, placing my hand on my mouth trying to prevent myself from screaming as I backed away from the scene.
Carolyn?
She was gone, lifeless...dead. The tears were never-ending as my eyes remained staring at her face, pale complexion and dull open eyes. Somebody did this to her, she couldn't do such a thing to herself. Anger washed over me as I clenched my fists, somebody killed her but who? I mustered enough courage to walk up to her deceased body, I reached out for her face then suddenly everything went black
Opening my eyes I found myself tied into a chair with one light bulb over me, my surroundings were pitch black and the light from above me was the only light source. All of a sudden my surroundings became bright enough for me to see, I was in a completely white room with no doors or windows. A familiar figure walked over to me, he made my blood boil with just one glance of his face. He was in a tuxedo holding a handgun on his left hand while he held another on his right hand, he crouched down to me and smiled oddly.
[Name] I need you to do something
He spoke out to me, I simply looked at him out of anger. Then he reached out the handgun on his right hand to me, furrowing my eyebrows I looked at it in a strange way.
Take it
He said to me. Unexpectedly the rope tied around me was instantly gone giving me the ability to reach out for the gun, once it was in my hand he motioned for me to stand up. With a snap of a finger two familiar figures appeared in front of me, they were tied up to chair like I was before.
Shoot the wrong person and I will shoot you
I heard his voice then felt the gun he was holding pressing against my left temple. I became anxious as I raised the gun towards them, I couldn't do it, I can't bear to see one of them dead. What does he mean to shoot the wrong person? What will happen if I shot the correct person? Do I get to live?
Time is running out [Name]...
I was afraid, confused and lost. The two people, my two best friends, my two sisters. Their lives are in my hands, I can't live if one of them dies. Does anything matter anyway?
Raising the gun towards her I gripped tightly and made sure I aim towards her. My childhood friend, the only person that understood me when I was misunderstood. At this moment I would rather die than to see one of them dead, it felt like I didn't even matter, I wasn't important. With a deep breath, I finally pulled the trigger.
Bang
Everything turned white, then it became clear enough for me to see. I was back at the room with one difference, I was holding the gun with blood splattered all over me. I stared at her, Carolyn. She was dead and I was the one who killed her.
