Papalapit na ako sa kanya na nakabusangot ang mukha. "WHAT just happened out there Regine?"

I sat down beside him. "I didn't know Zsazsa is here. Wala lang, tinuruan ko lang ng leksyon." I simply replied. Dapat lang na ilagay niya sa kokote niya ang mga sinabi ko sa kanya kanina. "How ironic. Nung nasa Manila pa kami, we were hanging around like the best of friends and now para bang bitter na bitter siya when she came here to Baguio."

"What? You two bumped into each other?" He asked me, shocked.

"Yeah. Two times." I sipped on my champagne bago nagsalita ulit. "The first time was yeah, when I called you. The second time was inaya na niya akong makipagusap sa kanya sa café ng hotel na tinutuluyan ko. We stayed under one building. I thought she was that pleasant, pero may tinatago rin palang kulo yang babaeng yan." Okay, I am not liking this back stabbing thing but I have to open up this to him kasi baka sasabog na ako ng wala sa oras.

He made me look in his eyes as he cupped my face. "Wag ka nalang magpaapekto sa sasabihin ni Zsazsa sayo. Maybe she wants me back, but rest assured Regine, ikaw lang ang mahal ko. Always and forever. Kahit na anong mangyari." He kissed my forehead for a second. I smiled by just what he did. Gumaan kaagad yung pakiramdam ko. He just assured that his love is only for me. Ano pa bang hihilingin ko?

"Thank you." I said within my breath. Niyakap ko siya. Me and him, against the world, holding on to our love that'll last for a lifetime. Sapat na yun para sa'kin.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, at this point, the CEO of Sonrisa Hotel will speak a word to all of you. Let me present Ms. Sharon Cuneta." The crowd clapped their hands as Ate was called. Tumayo naman kami sa espasyong kinauupuan namin ni Ogie to see her speaking in front.

"Thank you," She fixed the mic stand. "Thank you for coming here today for us to celebrate Sonrisa's 5th Anniversary." The crowd clapped their hands. "Thank you for making us a pioneer here not only in Baguio but also nationwide and hopefully soon, we will conquer the world. We cannot achieve this kind of milestones without your overflowing support." You can see their eyes amazed and overwhelmed. "We promise you to serve you all for another millenium?" Ate joked and the crowd chuckled. "That's all, enjoy the rest of the night." The crowd gave her a round of applause. Kaya talaga idol material to si Ate e.

Me and Herminio Jose went back where we were seated earlier. Nakita naming papalapit sa amin si Gabby.

"Hi Gabs!" Bati ko sa kanya with a beaming smile. He just smiled back at me. Iahdudhaxha gwapo talaga kainis!

"Herminio Jose, andito ex mo. Baka naman." Sinapak kaagad ni Ogie si Gabby. Hahahaha!

"Gago. Magtigil ka nga dyan." He replied. Yan, yan ang napapala mo Gabs e. Hahahaha! Ang saya nila kasama, ang saya nila tignan.

Gabby gave me a can-we-talk-about-Zsazsa look. I just nodded in reply. After what Ogie said earlier, I'm already at peace. Tsaka hello, di nila ako mabubugaw sa tabi ni Herminio Jose. Nyenye.

"Pero seryoso, ang ganda na niya. Laki ng pinagbago, unlike before." Unlike before? Ano ba siya dati?

"E galing Canada. What do you expect?" Sagot naman ni Ogie na iniinom ang champagne na binigay ko sakanya kanina.
