"WAKE up love." Pukaw sakin ni Herminio Jose.

I dilated my eyes and yes, we are already here. I stretched my arms and yawned. Looking at the driver's mirror, kita ko na naman yung mukha kong pulang-pula. Well, it's my morning face.

I yawned once more and spoke. "Natulog ka?"
"Yes. Saktong dating natin dito nagising agad ako." Napatango naman ako. "Did you sleep well?"

I held my head. "Hmm, I think so. Medyo nahihilo lang. Baba na tayo?"

"You sure?" He said, removing his seatbelt.

"Yeah." Binuksan ko na ang pinto ng sasakyan at bumaba na. Nauna akong maglakad at sinundan naman ako ni Ogie.

I could hear Ate's voice from afar. Hays, alam kong tinatambak na naman niya mga katulong namin sa mga dapat gawin. I pushed the door and yeah, our house is a real mess. Jusko lord.

"Ate?"

Napalingon naman siya sa direksyon ko. "Oh, hi. Dumating na pala kayo. I thought maya maya pa dating niyo." She said, wiping her sweat.

"Are you guys doing a general cleaning?" I asked her.

"Hmm, parang ganun na nga." Tumalikod kaagad ito sakin at pinagpatuloy ang ginagawa.

"Ate, I need to talk to you about something." She has to know. As soon as possible.

Her phone rang and she forgot about me. Sinagot niya lang ito at dumiretso sa office niya. "Mamaya nalang Regine, Tupe is calling." Hays. What else could we do now?

"Punta nalang tayo ng Sonrisa? Diba sabi mo i-bban mo siya?" Ogie suggested. Yeah, right.

"Okay then. Dala mo ba sasakyan mo?" I asked. Sana naman oo, pagod pa ata yung driver e.

"Yeah. I left it here when we went to Manila." Palabas kaming naglakad.

"Ayos lang sayo mag-drive? Aren't you tired and sleepy?" Baka naman kasi, mahirap na.

"Medyo. But it wouldn't take long. Ayos lang naman." He gave me a reassuring smile. Phew. Okay.

We found his car and hopped into it. The sky is gloomy, anyway. Well, there are still fogs everywhere and it is real cold. Good thing I left my coat sa sasakyan ni Herminio Jose, agad ko itong kinuha at sinuot.

"Ogs, it's too cold. Patayin ko nalang yung aircon, ayos lang ba?" I asked for permission.

"Sige." Agad ko namang pinatay ito. Dang, it's really reaaaaaally cold.

In no time, nakarating rin kami sa Sonrisa. Right after we parked I stepped out on the car kahit it's so freezing cold. Agad akong pumasok to feel a little bit of heat. Marahan namang sumunod si Herminio Jose at agad kong nakita si Maika. She waved hi at ng masense na wala ako sa mood, lumapit siya sakin.

"Maika, I have to discuss something with you." I spoke.

"Yes maam. San po tayo?" She asked me.

"Sa office ko nalang."

"Sige po."

Then the three of us rushed to the elevator. We stayed quiet until we reached the 5th floor of thr building. Agad kaming pumunta sa office ko, this is now the real deal Regine. You have to do this for your sake and everyone's.
