Chapter 34

"I'm Nathalia." She offered her hand to me.

"I don't have to say my name, right? Seeing that kilala mo na pala ako." I jokingly said.

Binaba naman niya ang kamay niya. "Yeah. Hahaha." She looked around the area. "I am currently enjoying my stay here. Kahapon lang ako dumating. This is such a paradise. Satisfactory." She commented. Music to my ears I guess?

"I'm flattered. Thank you. But I have to go, may kailangan pa ako asikasuhin e." I'm taking too long here.

"Oh sure. Nice bumping onto you." She showed me a smile and went away with her coffee.

Pumasok na kaagad ako ng elevator the moment it opened.

I feel... weird.

Feeling ko kilala ko siya. The way she talks at me, damn. She's so famillar. Nakikita ko sa kanya si Zsazsa. I mean, ganun na ganun rin kasi yung approach niya sakin dati. But that Nathalie has a different face and shape of body. Walang katiting na katulad kay Zsazsa. But well, beware nalang. I have learned my lesson sa mga cobrang tulad ni Zsazsa. I now reached the 5th floor where the offices are located. Tumingin tingin ako sa paligid, looking for Maika. Then, a familiar voice came in.

"Maam Regine!!!!"

"O, Gel? Nasan si Maika?" I asked her. Remember Gel? Yung officiating manager dito.

"Ay nasa warehouse po, inaasikaso yung mga delivery orders tsaka slips ni Madam Sharon." She spoke. Aww, Maika deserves everything great in this world.

"Buti naman madam napadalaw kayo dito! Ilang buwan na ba kayong di nakakapunta rito..."

"Napadaan lang talaga ako dito Gel. May pinadadala kasi sakin si Ate e. Pero seems like inasikaso na pala ni Maika." I smiled at her. "It's been months. Kamusta na kayo dito?" We're just waiting for the elevator to open.

"Ayos lang naman. Pero mas ayos kung andito kayo." She pouted. As far as I know, malditahin talaga yan si Ate when it comes to her people. Aish. Di siya tumulad sakin e. Char.

The elevator door opened. Pumasok na kaming dalawa ni Gel with some janitors beside us. Kakalinis lang ata nila ng rooftop.

After some seconds of waiting, the elevator tinged. Lumabas na kami ni Gel at nagpaalam na ako sa kanya. We will be seeing each other again anyway, sa party mamaya. Imbitado sila lahat!

Nagmamadali akong lumabas at umarangkada na kasabay ng aking bisikleta. The breeze is still cold kahit na mag aalas otso na ng umaga. The mountains are still high and some fogs are still there.

At dahil sa wala akong bitbit na kahit ano, madali lang akong nakarating sa mansion. Ilalagay ko lang sana yung bike ko sa pinagkuhanan ko kanina when I noticed Herminio Jose's car. Oh, my love's early.

Patakbo akong pumasok sa bahay. I saw Herminio Jose sitting down in the sala. Nagtama ang mga mata namin at pwede na akong malunod dahil bigla nalang siyang ngumiti. Huhu. Ang aga aga Ogieeee. Bwisit!

"Good morning." Binati ako nito. I leaned in to kiss him. "I called you but you didn't answer."

"I didn't bring my phone love. May pinasuyo lang si Ate sakin sa Sonrisa."

"Akala ko kung ano ng nangyari e. I immediately went here."

I patted her shoulder. "Nothing's wrong love." I gave him a reassuring smile. "Anyway, kumain ka na?"

"I did have coffee and baguettes on Oracle." He replied.

"Aren't you hungry?"

"Nope. I'm fine."

Sakto namang dumating si Ate Sharon from getting down the stairs. She was wearing her pink satin top and white pants.

"Regine, where is it?" Sambit niya ng nakita niya ako sa sala.

I stood up, walking towards her direction. "Well, inasikaso na daw ni Maika. She's at the warehouse right now." I explained to Ate.

"Jusko, ang dami dami kaya nun." Napahawak ito sa sentido niya.

"E ang dami naman pala e!" Hinawakan ko ang magkabilang braso nito. "It's your day Ate, you should rest."

Nabaling naman ang tingin ko kay Ogie. "You sure ayaw mong kumain?"

"No." Tipid nitong sagot.

"Okay. Kain lang ako sandali tas magbibihis na rin ako. Stay there." Pagpapaalam ko kay Ogie.

I walked through the dining area at umupo katabi ni Ate. Fixing my table napkin with the maids serving our food, we started to eat.

"San pala kayo pupunta?" Ate Sharon asked me after she fully chewed one spoonful of food.

"Sa siyudad. We're going to buy something." I said and drank some water.

"Oh, okay. Ingat kayo ha? Aasikasuhin ko lang yung party today." She replied. Phew. Akala ko naman magtatrabaho na naman yan.

I finished eating my bacon and eggs so I rushed upstairs to my room. I was startled when I saw Herminio Jose laying down on my queen sized bed.

"Jusko naman Ogie!" Napahawak ako sa dibdib ko. "Mag-ingay ka naman dyan!"

He softly chuckled. "Sorry."

"Diba sabi ko dun ka lang sa sala?"

"I'm a hard headed person love. I deserve a punishment, right?" Ampota? Anong punishment sinasabi neto?

At sumagi sa isip ko iyon.

"Ikaw talaga puro ka kagaguhan. Makaligo na nga!" I snatched my towel from my cabinet at pumasok na ng CR.

I was in the middle of humming Ogie's song for me, that 'Pangarap Ko Ang Ibigin Ka'. Well, just few months ago, he taught me how to sing it. Syempre yung girl version na. I was mesmerized by the whistle at the near end and it was kering-keri naman. Nakakaloka pag i-rerecord to. Hahahaha!

The humming didn't satisfy me, kinanta ko na talaga siya. "Pangarap ko ang ibigin ka... At sa habang panahon... Ikaw ay makasama..."

"Mas maganda boses mo pag nasa CR ka." I heard someone spoke. Napalakas ko ata pagkanta ko huhu.

"Ewan ko sayo! E ganun naman talaga yun lagi haller!" Singhal ko pabalik. Tong mokong na to nakoooo.

Lumabas ako na nakatapis. Bahala siya dyan, hmp. I acted like there was no one in the room. Humarap ako sa salamin, applying some BB cream.

"Regine, may balak ka bang maghubad sa harap ko?" He stared at me. Those eyes. Anak ng tokwa.

"Hoy! Wala no! Manigas ka dyan kakatitig sakin!" I teasingly said. Totoo naman, manigas talaga siya. Hmp.

"Manigas ang katawan ko? Or a certain part of my body?"

"Isa pa Herminio Jose ha. Ipapalapa kita sa aso namin." Kahit wala naman kaming aso harhar.

He stood up and fixed his shirt. "You know what, we're like playing husband and wife." He's slowly walking to my direction.

"Hmm. Your point?" I asked him.

"Why not make it real?" I saw him through the mirror, smirking.
