Cindy's POV

" You could have just gone to us that time." Ann said.

" I didn't go to you guys because I was sure they will search for me there to you guys at first." I said to her.

" Yeah, she is right. But you shouldn't have just run away like that." RD said.

" I was scared." I said and sighed.

" Does Chloe and Gina know about this?" Ann asked me.

" Not yet. I haven't told anyone yet." I said.

" Oh, ok then. If that's better for you." Ann said.

" I just don't want to inform that to anyone yet. I am still not sure about Steve." I said.

" Alright. If you think so." RD said. I sighed.

" Hey, Cindy!!!" I heard a familiar voice and turned to see who it was. I looked at Matt weirdly.

" Matt?" I asked him. He chuckled and pulled a chair then sat next to me.

" Yeah. Had to come." He said.

" For those lizards? " I asked him.

" It wasn't intentional." He said.

" I can understand that." I said

" But your friend can't." He said. I sighed. Ann looked at me with a questioning look.

" This is Matt. Matt, they are my friends. Ann and RD." I said.

" Annie Frost." Ann said and extended her hand toward him.

" Matthew Winsdor. Nice to meet you." He said shaking her hand.

" Riley Dowson." RD said shaking his hand.

" Nice to meet you too, Ms. Dowson." He said.

" She likes to be called RD anyways." Ann said.

" Oh, ok. I will call you RD as well." He said then turned to me.

" Where is your friend?" He asked me.

" She is talking to Vivan to prepare the board meeting's presentation. There are some errors and Chloe got promoted. So, she is kinda busy today." I said to him and he nodded.

" What actually happened yesterday?" I asked him. He sighed deeply.

" Reben needs to be modified more. He has got several errors in him." He said.

" He exchanged the addresses?" I asked him.

" Yeah. I don't know how he did that mistake." He said

" It's not so hard." I said. " He is just a machine. Can make mistakes anyways."

" Yeah, need to work on him more before presenting him before the world." He said.

" Are you going to sell him?" I asked him.

" No, he is my personal assistant. He will be with me. If his functions runs properly then they may take it as a model." He said.

" Oh, I thought you have a factory of robot." I said and he laughed.

" No, silly!!! I don't." He said. I nodded.

" Alright then. Why are you here suddenly?" I asked him.

" I wanted to talk to your friend. Is she still angry?" He asked me.

" Yes." I said. He sighed.

" I just wanted to send those to my sister Edna. But it didn't turn good." He said.

" Why will you send those to your sister? Don't you love her?" I asked him.

" I do. Actually she keeps insulting me all the time saying my robots are of no use." He said.

" No, they are good." I said.

" No, actually. I made her a robot chef Athena and it is a horrible cook." He said.

" How can robot be a horrible cook? It only takes order to perform it properly, right?" RD asked him.

" Yes, it does but Athena has an artificial intelligence inside her so she tries to use her brain while cooking which creates problem here." He said.

" Good. Then I think your sister is not wrong." RD said.

" She is damn wrong." He said.

" But she has a valid reason for saying that. Isn't it?" RD asked.

" Only Athena does this others are completely fine." He said.

" And Reben?" Ann asked.

" He is still under progress." He said. I sighed. Suddenly I remembered something.

" Matt!!!" I called him.

" Yes?" He replied.

" How did you come inside? They don't allow to enter anyone but the employees. Moreover there is a tight security after what happened with Stella last month." I said to him. He chuckled.

" I have my own ways. You don't have to be worried about it." He said.

" I am worried about it. Just tell me." I said and he chuckled again.

" Your boss is my friend and we are neighbor. I kinda came here before. So, they know me already. They will definitely let me come inside if they don't want to lose their job." He said.

" Oh, thrn you must have seen Stella these days. How is she?" Ann asked him.

" Well. Campbell house is full of their relatives now. Everyone is trying to keep her happy. The more she stays happy the better it is for her." He said and I nodded.

" We miss her a lot. Can't believe someone tried to do this horrible thing with our Stella the girl who can't see anyone else around her upset. I just can't believe someone can go this aggressive." RD said. We stayed silent for a moment.

" She will be alright." Matt said. "I believe that she will get back her memory soon." He said.

" How are you so sure?" I asked him.

" I just am but I don't know how. My heart says so." He said and I nodded.

" Alright. Leave it. The more we will talk about Stella the more it will keep hurting us." I said.

" You did a great thing though. I wish my sister was like you but she doesn't have any other work but to taunt me all the time with her vile words. Sometimes I think my parents have adopted her." He said and I chuckled.

" You can do a DNA test for that." Ann said and I glared at her. He chuckled at this.

" She loves you. This why she keeps taunting you." RD said. He sighed deeply.

" Alright. Leave it. She will not change. She was born to bean evil. Satan's apprentice." He said and I chuckled. " I gotta go now. I have a meeting in an hour. I will talk to her later." He said.

" Do you have her number?" Ann asked. Stupid question.

" It's not hard to get it. Is it?" He asked her while walking out of there. I chuckled.

Gina was right. I see. I smirked.
