Confusing

Cindy's POV

" Hmm... You have said that before. I have heard you. I am not deaf." He said without looking at me typing something in his laptop.

" I will file a case on you." I gritted.

" Ok. I will help you. Don't worry." He said.

" I hate you." I said.

" I know you have told that before. You don't have to keep repeating that. " He said. Urrrghh!!!

" I want to go back to the hotel. I don't want to live here with you." I said.

" What did you say? I can't hear you." He said.

I clenched my fists. I wish I could punch him hard but I am not able to gather much courage to do so. If he gets angry then I am dead.

" I will ..." I was about to say something but someone knocked on the door.

" Whose there?" He asked.

" Opwn the dooar, Sven." I heard a sweet cute voice of a little girl. I tried to remember who it is. Steve went to open the door. "Where ish my Rapunzel?" I heard the same voice.

" Come in, Your Highness." He said and gave a space to enter the sweet little girl whom he was talking to.

I found little Nova entering the room with a cute pout on her face. I quickly got up from the bed and she squealed as soon as she saw me. I smiled a bit and knelt on the floor extending my arms for her. She ran to me and jumped into my arms hugging me tightly. I chuckled and kissed on her forehead. No matter what I don't have any enmity with this little angel. She is really a sweetheart. You can't resist her cuteness. She is just too cute to handle. I smiled widely when she kissed on my cheeks.

" Have you finised youor waks?" She asked me.

" Which works, Sweetheart?" I asked her.

" Youor kindom's waks." She said.

" My kingdom?!!" I asked her weirdly.

" Yesh." She said.

" Who told you about my kingdom?" I asked her.

" Mommy." She said and I chuckled.

" Yes, everything is finished." I said.

" You won go now?" She asked.

" No, I won't." I said kissing her cheeks. She giggled.

" Sow be youor haias." She said.

" Hair, Princess." He said.

" Shame." She said and he chuckled.

" It's same, love." I said.

" Shame, Ssss... Shame...s..." She tried then gave up. " I will tye latel." She said. " Sow me, pwease?" She said and I smiled a bit.

I removed my hoodie and made my hair fall down on my back as I removed my hair clutcher from my hair. She kept looking at my hair with dreamy eyes. I chuckled ruffling her hair. She stood up and hugged my hair. I laughed at her act.

" Shooo long, sohoo shoft!!!" She she rubbing her cheek on my hair. I chuckled. " Where did you get youor haias?" She asked me.

" God gave me, honey." I said.

" They are shoo long." She said smilingly and I chuckled.

I haven't cut my hair from long. My hairs are almost touching my knees one or two inches to go. Actually I love my hair. I don't want to cut them. Beside my mom also had long hair. She didn't like to cut hair as well. I Just sometime cut one or two inches that's all. I don't like to cut my long hair. I will never ever cut them. My friends in school used to call me Rapunzel because of my hair. I really love my hair.

" I wan these. Will you give me?" She asked with a very sweet voice. How can I say no to her but... I was confused what to answer her.

" Your highness, you will get your own. Long and soft hair. Then why do you need hers?" Steve said.

" I will get mine?" She asked.

" Yes, baby. You will get yours as well. You don't need hers." Steve said.

" See, you have more beautiful hair." He said touching her hair.

" But they are not shoo long and shoft like Rapunzel." She said.

" They will grow up soon. Don't worry, love. Your hair are more beautiful." He said kissing on her cheeks.

" Yes, your hair are more beautiful." I said tying my hair back. Long hair are beautiful but there are a lot problem with that as well.

Then we heard a knock on the door and found Nova's mom Clara was standing there smilingly. I smiled at her. She entered the room and gestured something at him on which he gave her an assuring nod. What was that?!!

" Why are you all sitting on the ground?" She asked us. Then I noticed we were really sitting on the floor.

" Actually, Nova came suddenly and asked for things. So we were discussing things sitting here on the floor." I said to her.

" What were she asking for?" She asked me looking at Nova.

" Her hair." He answered on the behalf of me. I glared at him hard but it didn't work on him. Clara chuckled. I smiled at her.

" She likes your hair a lot. She was asking for you again and again these days." She said. I sighed and found him gesturing her something and she nodded. "Leave it. Come downstairs and have breakfast." She said to me. I nodded.

" I need to get freshen up." I said.

" Ok. Then come downstairs after getting fresh." She said. " Come, Princess. Let's go and have breakfast."

" No. I will go with Rapunzel." She said and hugged me tightly. I chuckled kissing on her forehead.

" Ok. I will bring her downstairs with me. No worries." I said and she sighed.

" Ok. Then." She said. " I will be going and Princess, no whining, ok?" She asked Nova and she pouted.

I smiled and walked toward the washroom. I got freshen up. I was wondering even after all these things happened how can all these people act so normal with me?!! They should have shout at me and blame me for things but they are acting like I had gone out for some works and just came back home. Their behavior was more suspicious to me now. Why are they not asking me why have I left yet?!! I don't know. Things are so confusing.
