Cindy's POV

" It's you?" He asked me weirdly. I chuckled.

" Yes. It's me. That is why I ran away actually." I said to him.

"  But how is that related to your eloping from your wedding?" He asked me.

" Actually what happened was ..." I explained him everything. He sighed deeply.

" Steve has done a good thing by let cops handle them. Don't worry. I will talk to the commissioner. They will never ever able to reach you again." He said and I chuckled.

" Thanks for that. Steve also said that and I do trust him." I said.

" Better." He said.

" Well, my second story is still pending." I said and he smiled a bit this time.

" Sure. I will listen to you." He said. "But before that you girls may like to have coffee." He said. I was going to say it's ok but Ann spoke up before that.

" No but if you can manage a hot chocolate then I will gladly accept that." Ann said and I glared at her. She looked at me innocently.

" What?" She asked me. " He offered that. We should take the one we prefer the most." Ann said and Mr. Blankfein chuckled.

" Don't mind her. She is a bit childish." I said glaring at Ann. She sighed deeply looking away.

" Alright. It's ok. I didn't mind. I will order for hot chocolate for both of you." He said and I sighed but Ann smiled widely. When will she grown up?! Or she just acts childish when she is around me?! I need to ask her later. " You can start your 2nd story in the meanwhile." He said.

" Yes. I will tell you." I said. " So, this story is about a young girl too. Her sufferings after she lose her parents. Then listen. There was a girl who was born in a very rich family what people say born with silver spoon. They were a happy family. She had the most loving parents. They loved her a lot and she was literally a Princess there. But not all the happiness is given for lifetime. Her happiness was snatched from her as well. One day her father died and his friends betrayed them. They took all their money and kicked them out of their house. They had nothing with them. There was days when they had to starve for several days. Then that girl understood the bitter reality of life. She left her school and started to work. Can you imagine a Princess who never worked in her whole life had to become a dishwasher in a cheap restaurant?! She had to. In between her mother started to take drugs to come out of depressions." I said and looked at Ann with the corner of my eyes. She was looking at me calmly. But she was in a inner fight as well. I smiled holding her hands and she smiled back at me. "She needed a lot of money but that little girl wasn't able to earn much. Her mother started to be violent with her sometimes but she knew it was the drugs which was making her do so. One day when she came back home she found her mom with another guy whom she introduced her as her new husband. She didn't protest because she wanted to see her mom happy. But soon another problem came up. She found out her new dad is a maniac. She didn't like his attitude. He used to try to harass her all the time. Then one day she found her mom lying lifelessly when she came back home. She took her to the hospital but it was already late. She buried her and became an orphan again. She thought that nightmare of a step dad will be away from her then but he didn't leave her alone until she had to run away from her own country. She has to struggle in her life a lot to save herself from this harass world. She had to live for herself because there was no one else for her. Living for herself helped her to come out of that nightmare but the biggest nightmare for her was losing her parents from which her bad days started." I finished the story. He was silent for awhile.

" Is that girl you?" He asked Ann and she nodded smiling a bit to hide her tears. I sighed.

" You must be thinking why did I share our stories with you suddenly. We definitely have a reason behind it, Mr. Blankfein." I said. " You know all my life I have been thirsty for love but no one showed me a bit. Same goes for Ann. We both have suffered a lot after we lose our parents. We always think that the most important and precious thing that a person can have is his parents. They are blessings from heaven. Them who have parents are really lucky and them who doesn't have parents are like us. Unlucky." I said.

" Don't think like that." He said to me. I chuckled.

" But it's true, Sir." I said to him. He sighed.

" I will come to the point now. I don't want to waste your time more. Mr. Blankfein, Ann and I have suffered a lot in our life. We do understand very well the value of parents, we know how much a kid needs his parents in his life. Steve and Clara are also your children. They also need you in their life. There are many things that you don't know they are going through." I said. " There are people who don't want them to live peacefully. If they knew that Steve and Clara's dad still cares for them then may be they wouldn't dare to do so." I said to him. Ann looked at me weirdly.

" Which people are you talking about? Who will want them to suffer?" He asked me.

" I don't actually want to involve in that directly. So, it will be better if you use your influence to find it out." I said to him and he chuckled.

" You are very cunning. You know that?" He asked me and I chuckled.

" I learned it from someone just a few days back. She woke the evil Cindy up." I said and he chuckled.

We talked for awhile and he promised me that he will take care of this topic. We came out of the office. We were searching for Jacob but he was nowhere to be found. Strange!!!

" So this is your dealership conference?" A familiar voice spoke up and my blood frozen inside my vein. God!!! My death is here. Goodbye world.
