Clary closed her door, leaning on it and closing her eyes briefly. She sighed, banging her head lightly against the door. This was going to drive her insane. Being in the same house as him would drive her insane.
Hell- maybe she was already insane.
She couldn't help but wonder how in the world he got here, and who the hell booked him without telling her.
Even her mother was shocked to see him standing outside her door.
Clary was surprised by her mothers sudden acting skills- how she pretended she wasn't affected by her daughters ex-fiancé right in front of her.
Meanwhile Clary looked like a fish out of water.
She groaned, pushing herself off of her door and plopped herself into her spinning chair, rolling herself closer to her desk.
She grabbed her sketchbook, flipping it onto a new page and picking up one of her coloured pencils.
She drew a girl with her head up high, hair whipping around her face with fake wind, clutching her heart as she stood on her tiptoes.
Clary smiled sadly, lightly touching the face of the girl. She didn't bother acknowledge how much it looked like her, as most her depressing drawings did nowadays.
She sighed, it seemed all she was doing lately was crying or feeling sorry for herself or the life she could've had. With Jace.
She had been finding it hard to let him go after all this time... and now she was just... done.
It was as if she just wanted the whole thing to be settled, whatever that outcome may be.I'm going to talk to him. She thought, determined to set her life right again. I'm going to start over... how hard could it be?

Clary walked down the stairs- it was around 8pm and she could hear chatting coming from different parts of the house. She peered her head into the living room to see Will and Tessa watching a movie.
Will had his arm around his wife and she was snuggled in close to his chest, a hand subconsciously rubbing her stomach gently.
"All okay?" Clary asked, smiling when the couple both looked up in unison.
"Yep, everything's alright." Will replied as Tessa nodded, "... are you okay?"
Clary sighed while nodding, stepping into the room and shutting the door behind her.
"I think I'm just going to... talk to him- them, as I'd do with any guest. Show them around the place-basically act as a tour guide." She joked, leaning against the mantle of the fireplace.
Tessa gave her an encouraging smile, "That's a great idea!!! Bring him to all the places you two used to go to when you were kids!! That'll joggle his memory for definite!!"
Will nodded vigorously, staring at his wife in admiration. "That's such a clever idea, Tess!" He grinned, kissing her cheek quickly when she blushed at his praise.
"What if he doesn't want to get his memory back?" Clary said quietly, gnawing at her bottom lip.
Tessa and Will stopped smiling, frowning instantly. "Why would you say something like that, Clary?? Of course he would want his memory back!! Don't you think he deserves to know he had a fiancée! One that he actually loved."
Clary winced at the word 'had' though still shook her head. "And how do you know he doesn't love that girl out there? That massive rock on her finger says otherwise."
