Guards shoved the passed out body into a prison cell and slammed the door shut, locking it.
Brian lay against the cold wall and would have heard Trinity yelling his name in agony if he was awake.
He didn't wake up that night, or the next, but he did mornings later.
Brian yelled out in defeat and cried, not knowing what was happening with Trinity all this time. What if he was too late?
Notch came down with Trinity a week after Brian woke up, and asked Brian if he knew what happened next.
A nod was all Brian gave Notch and he hugged Trinity goodbye through the bars of his cell.
