With these discoveries, the Diamond Authority learned of a 3-year conflict known as the "Clone Wars". A multitude of species fought for their own independence. One side used clones of organics, and the other used machines. Before a proper winner could be declared, the army of clones went rogue and killed their generals.
Although he is not part of the Inner Circle, SE is known by all Gems as Black Diamond's right-hand man, his left being his Pearl.
Now for some in depth analysis of the Inner Circle.
The Inner Circle is made for times of war, and us split up into 3 groups.
1: Jasper and Ruby leading the ground troops.
2: Emerald for aerial combat, and Hessonite for strategies and tactics. (There WAS a Light Prism, but she lost it in the evacuation.)
3: Black Diamond for complete and utter planetary bombardment.
