Cinder opened her eyes to Eversky, beside her were two kits. Eversky was sitting down as the two kits played with each other. "I told you that you had to give them to Moon Clan, Cinder." Eversky meowed in a stern voice. Cinder felt tears begin to start. "W-Why? Why must I go through this and still have a prophecy hanging over me?" Cinder whimpered, her fur shaking. "Because it's you destiny, you can't change it!" Eversky hissed loudly. "When Moon Clan tells you to do something, you do it." Eversky hissed. Even though Cinder was in the dreamy like forest, she could hear the waves of water in her ears. "Why must they hurt me?" Cinder meowed, her tail curled beside her as she crouched like a frighten kit. "They do not hurt you, they do what is right. Should I question your loyalty to us?" Eversky hissed. Cinder stopped, her face changing to a firm glare. "How dare you question my loyalty to them? I've believed in them since the moment I was born! Even now, I can't stop believing them. I have full trust- yet I suffer?" Cinder hissed. Eversky whipped around to the kits rolling around beside her. "As punishment for you not listening, the secret will get out. The secret of you having kits with Star, all of it with be exposed." Eversky meowed. "E-Eversky? Your kidding right?" Cinder meowed, her face shook. "I was, at some point, but not anymore." Eversky meowed. "Let's go, kits." She meowed, beckoning the kits to follow her. "N-No! Wait!" Cinder called. The kits followed her, only one kit looked back before turning it's head.

Cinder woke up to the insides of a den. "Cinder, you're awake." She heard a voice meow. It sounded like..

Puffin!

Puffin looked at her, a soft smile on her face. "I'm glad you're okay." She meowed. "Thanks." Cinder meowed, her fur shivering from the water. "How  do you feel?" Puffin asked. "Normal. Kind of, I guess." Cinder replied. "Good, good." Puffin meowed. Puffin then looked her right in the eye. "Now, tell me, what happened to Star?" Puffin asked, her voice turning serious. Cinder looked at her, blinking. "I-I don't know.." Cinder meowed. "Cinder, don't lie to me. I seen his dead body on the river side. I saw two kit's farther down. Those were your kits." Puffin meowed. Cinder looked down. "H-He's dead?" She meowed. "Yes. His neck bone is missing from his neck." Puffin meowed. "I-I killed him." Cinder meowed. Puffin sighed, sitting in front of her. "He had to die at some point." Puffin sighed. "My kits..they are dead too!" Cinder wailed. Cinder crouched down, her tears dripping on the ground. "Nothing, I just stood for nothing!" Cinder whimpered. Puffin frowned. "Moon Clan is giving you a lot of put up with, aren't they?" Puffin meowed sympathetically. "From the moment I opened my eyes I was told a prophecy, it isn't fair! I'm not ready!" Cinder cried. "Cinder, I'm so sorry, but you have to. The tribe will need a leader soon, and it's you." Puffin meowed.

Why is everybody forcing me?! Why can't I just cry for a moment without having to move on!

Cinder hissed at Puffin. "Cinder, just be patient. Your okay." Puffin meowed. "If I hear one more just be patient! Why can't I just give up? Why can't I just let go?" Cinder meowed. "Why can't I just stop trying? You don't know what it's like to have this!" Cinder hissed, crying as tears poured out her eyes. "They took my kits! The thing I've been fighting for all these moons!" Cinder hissed. "Cinder! Stop it. You can't give up because you keep on going. Keep your head up, fake it. Do what you have to do to be strong." Puffin meowed. "Is it ever going to change?" Cinder meowed. "Cinder, I don't know. I really don't." Puffin meowed. Cinder got to her paws. "I don't need your good advice or reasons why I'm okay." Cinder meowed. "Cinder, stop pushing help away. For once, let some cat help you!" Puffin meowed. "Help me? How can they help me when Moon Clan repeatedly keeps hurting me?" Cinder meowed. Puffin quickly moved to Cinder, hugging her. "Cinder, we'll get through this. I promise. You've been running all this time when you should have known, the sun will rise again." Puffin whispered. "T-Then why have Moon Clan seem to have not trusted me?" Cinder whimpered. "Once you fully trust Moon Clan with your heart, not just your grief, then that's when they are with you." Puffin meowed. Cinder stopped crying, then nodded. "Is Star in Moon Clan now?" Cinder asked. Puffin shook her head. "I asked Moon Clan the same question when I was asleep, but they said that he is in a far away place. I don't know what happened to him." Puffin sighed. "Moon clan told me that your kits will be reincarnated. Your sister already knows about the 'incident.'" Puffin meowed. Cinder sighed, nodding. "Here, eat this leaf, it has water and a few other liquids in it that will help you with your head pain." Puffin meowed, giving her a moist leaf. Cinder picked it up, eating it. "Thanks." Cinder meowed. "Now rest, I'll get you some prey." Puffin meowed, turning and padding out. Cinder sighed, closing her eyes. She drifted to sleep.

Cinder opened her eyes to the dreamy forest, Eversky had her back turned to her, sitting down.

My kit's will be reincarnated, why should it invade on our friendship? I need to fix what I broke.

Cinder got to her paws, standing. "Eversky." Cinder meowed. Eversky didn't respond. "I'm sorry I didn't listen to you." Cinder meowed. Eversky didn't move, she just stared at the small stream flowing in front of her. "My kits were important to me, they were the only thing I looked forward to when Star died. I've been through a lot but that gives me no reason to ignore you-" Cinder was interrupted by Eversky. "I know, your kits are important. I honestly wished I didn't have to punish you but Moon Clan told me to. Cinder, I'm sorry!" Eversky meowed, turning, she raced to Cinder. She tucked her nose into Cinder's shoulder. "All those things I said, I didn't mean it." Eversky meowed, her starry paws glowing slightly. Cinder softly smiled, she licked Eversky's head. "Good, because I didn't mean those rude things I said ethier." Cinder meowed. Eversky looked at Cinder. Eversky's eyes looked straight into Cinder's, her light blue eyes sparkling with such emotion, Cinder wasn't sure if Eversky even thought of her as just a friend. "I couldn't stand being so distant from you, almost as if you were calling me." Eversky meowed, purring. Cinder smiled. "Are my kit's okay?" Cinder asked. "Well, they aren't in Moon Clan anymore, they already reincarnated." Eversky purred. Cinder sighed, then smiled. "Thank you, Eversky." Cinder meowed. Eversky smiled. "Your welcome." Eversky purred before racing through the dreamy woods. Cinder watched her, she raced after her. "Where are you going?" Cinder called. "Follow me!" Eversky meowed. "I've been waiting to get dizzy!" Eversky laughed as she raced through the woods, Cinder behind her.

Cinder saw a huge lake, but the water turned to ice. The light night sky above them. Eversky jumped and landed on the ice, sliding on her paws as she looked at Cinder. Eversky was well balanced. Cinder stopped, looking at the ice. "Cmon! It's fun!" Eversky meowed. "E-Eversky, I never tried this before." Cinder meowed. Eversky smirked. "You won't fall in." She called. Cinder sighed. Cinder shivered. Eversky sighed once more, smirking. "You can lay on my back as I slide, if your that scared." Eversky meowed. Cinder nodded, shaking. Cinder took steps back. Cinder then raced to Eversky, then she jumped. She landed on Eversky's back safely. She lay on Eversky's back. "See? Wasn't so bad." She meowed, purring. Cinder giggled. "Maybe." She replied. Eversky began sliding as the bright night sky started to get darker as the stars started to shine bright. The moon shined bright, specifically on Cinder and Eversky. As if they were the spot light in the night sky. The ice reflected the night sky, almost as if they were floating in the sky. "Whoa! Eversky, this is amazing!" Cinder meowed, looking around. Eversky smiled. "I never want this to end." Eversky replied. "I don't ethier." Cinder meowed, letting her nose touch Eversky's neck as she kept sliding. Cinder could have sworn she saw Eversky blush a little when she did that. "Do you want to slide on the ice?" Eversky asked. Cinder smiled, nodding. "Okay." Eversky responded, letting Cinder down. Cinder balanced well on her paws as she was sliding. "Whoa, this is cool!" Cinder meowed. "It is." Eversky meowed. Cinder started to slide in a huge circle. Eversky did the same but a few lengths in front of her. "Hey, Cinder." Eversky meowed as the slid a little closer to Cinder. "Yeah?" Cinder meowed. "Can I tell you something?" Eversky asked, she slid closer to Cinder to the point where her fur was brushing hers. Their faces face to face. Eversky's eyes locked with Cinder's as they slid. "Sure, whats up?" Cinder asked. "I-"

Cinder woke up to Puffin giving her a rabbit. "Here, you need to eat." Puffin meowed. Cinder blinked at Puffin then the rabbit. "Oh, uh thanks." Cinder meowed.

What was Eversky trying to tell me?

Cinder thought for a moment, then ate her rabbit. Cinder silently wondered what Eversky was trying to tell her. She then shrugged. Puffin looked at Cinder sympathetically. "What's wrong, Puffin?" Cinder asked. "It's your sister." Puffin meowed. "What's wrong?" Cinder asked, getting to her paws. "She has gone missing, along with Thrush, her mate." Puffin meowed. "P-Pebble? Thrush? What?!" Cinder meowed. "Now the other tribes are reporting that one cat out of each of their tribes have been killed and had a scent of Pebble and Thrush on it." Puffin meowed. "Oh no, no no. They can't be gone." Cinder meowed. "Do you think they are killing cats?" Cinder asked. "Maybe, but I heard many cat's say that Thrush and Pebble are going to start a new tribe and start battle." Puffin meowed.

"Start battle?" Cinder meowed. Suddenly a voice rang in her ears. "Only Cinder Can Stop The Darkness." It meowed. Cinder eyes went wide.
