Mark sat at the edge of the bed, staring down at his toes. He was debating on if he should turn on his phone or not, he wondered how many texts did his friends send him. Especially Johnny and Yuta, I mean they're —well were— his roommates. He feels a little bad for just abandoning them like that, but he couldn't tell them the truth. They wouldn't have let him run away with Donghyuck, they would've been so against him. Johnny especially, since he's been trying to get him to move on.

What else was he supposed to do though? Yeah, he thought the idea of running away was a crazy one, but if he hadn't then he'd never be able to see Donghyuck. How could he live a life without the boy that he's grown to love over these weeks? Should they go back home? Donghyuck is away from his friends and family , and Mark is also away from his friends and his brother

He loved being alone with Donghyuck, without having to worry about them getting caught. But what if they were fount? It would be so much trouble for the two, Mark especially. Mark sighed, what the hell is he to do? Before he could continue overthinking the whole situation he felt arms wrap around him and a head rest on his shoulder.

"Mark, are you okay?" The sweet voice he loved so much, filled his ears.

"Yeah. I am fine."

"It's 3 am and you're just sitting at the edge of the bed? That doesn't look so fine, you can talk to me if you want."

"I just can't sleep, I don't want to keep you awake babe. Maybe you should go back to sleep, I am fine."

"You promise that you're fine?"

"Yeah, I promise you that I am fine." Mark lies, not wanting to worry Donghyuck one bit.

"I just, I am here for you Mark. You know that right?" Donghyuck asks, his grip getting tighter around Mark's torso.

"Yeah, I know that."

"You're saying 'yeah' a lot, but for some reason it doesn't really sound convincing."

"Listen, I said I'm okay, what more do you want to hear?! I am fine, just go back to sleep. Please!" Mark says, annoyance dripping in each and every word he spoke.

He could feel Donghyuck get tense and his grip loosen.

"I-I am sorry, I'll just go to sleep and leave you alone. I just wanted to be here for you, I am trying to be a good boyfriend, but if you want to be ungrateful then I'll just sleep like you want me too."

"Ungrateful? How the hell am I ungrateful?!" Mark gets up from the bed and faces the younger, who's eyes widened at his tone.

"I-"

"You're such a spoiled brat you know? I am telling you that I am okay and you continue to insist and then act like a little kid who can't stand to hear the word no when I tell you that I am okay. What does it take for you to just listen? Now you're making it all about you huh? Trying to make me feel guilty?!"

"What the hell is your problem? I am a spoiled brat for making sure that my boyfriend is okay?! You may have said you were but your actions has shown the opposite. I know that something is bothering you and I just wanted to be there for you and listen. I only kept on insisting because I love and care for you so much."

"Well, do you really want to know what's bothering me? If I tell you, you'll start to get all worried and act like the momma's boy that you are."

"Excuse me? Don't take any of this out on me, I did nothing to you!"

"Really? Whose idea was it to run away?!"

"What the hell Mark! It was my idea but you didn't have to say yes. I-"
