Chapter 31

Madi's POV

~Saturday~

"Dare." I smirk.

"I dare you to go as long as you can without kissing Liam!" Allie laughs.

"Okay, then you have to go as long as you can without kissing Shawn." I laugh with her.

"Deal." she sticks her hand out.

"Okay, Deal." I say as we shake hands.

I hear the boys walk back in the house. They went to go get pizza from Costco for dinner. Well, they didn't just go, Allie and I kind of made them go. They didn't mind... At least I don't think they did. After they left, Allie and I decided to play a quick game of truth or dare. Now, we can't kiss our boyfriends for as long as we can. Great.

Allie's POV

There is no way I am losing this bet.

Shawn comes in with the pizza, and leans in to kiss me.

I put my hand on his mouth. "No." I tell him.

He looks at me really confused. "What?" He asks.

"I have a bet with Madi to see who could go longer without kissing their boyfriends, and I will not lose to her." I say confidently.

"Whatever." Shawn says rolling his eyes as he laughs.

We eat pizza and talk about the most random things. After a while it gets silent. We are all enjoying the delicious pizza that is Costco pizza.

"So...." Shawn trails off.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"So why do Liam and I have to suffer because you guys are competitive?" He asks.

"Because it's fun." I shoot back.

"Yeah." Madi laughs. "It's fun watching you squirm." Madi and I both laugh as Liam and Shawn scowl.

"When are one of you gonna give up?" Liam asks.

"Never." Madi and I say simultaneously.

"There is no giving up when it comes to us. We go as long as we can, so you are in for a long ride." Madi says chuckling.

"Well this sucks." Shawn stated.

"Oh would you shut up? The competition has barely begun." I say smirking.

"Ugh!" Liam and Shawn both grunt.

That makes Madi and I laugh. Hell, everything makes me and Madi laugh.

-2 days later-

It's been two days without kissing Shawn, and I swear I'm gonna give up soon. It's so hard.

Madi has been trying to avoid Liam because she knows the effect he can have on her.

I swear the boys are about to throw a temper tantrum. Not only are their girlfriends refusing to kiss them, but we are ignoring them too.

"Can this be over already?" Madi pleaded. "This sucks."

"Giving up Friday? Because you can always go and kiss him, and forfeit." I say smirking.

"No way, Nicole." She states matter-of-factly. "I'm not gonna forfeit, you will."

"What do you think I am, a quitter?" I question her.

"I'm not giving up." We says simultaneously.

That makes the boys sigh and grunt.

I must say, this bet kinda sucks.

Why do we have to be so competitive?!

Ugh. This is gonna be harder than it looks.
