This is every girls, worst nightmare that happens every month. I'm sure you girls know about.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Del Pilar sat comfortably reading a Filipino newspaper at the breakfast table in their home, wearing a black sleeveless shirt and pants. In front of him sat his younger brother, Martial Law. Martial was eating some eggs with hotdog and fried rice, his clothes which consisted of a white shirt and some black pants, his signature necklace with a cross pendant on around his neck.

"Kuya", Martial called putting down his mug of milo. Del only replied with a grunt, showing that he was listening. "Where's Philia?"

The former general put his paper down in thought. Philia, his cute baby sister, the country of the Philippines, was not up yet.

"Maybe she's still asleep. She's a teenager now, and you know how they like their sleep." He chuckled softly as memories entered his mind. "I remember when you were like that last month, Martial. You used to sleep until it was hours afternoon. Philia had to wake you up with a bucket of cold water because you were being lazy."

Martial groaned at the memory of his twin sister, Philia carrying a bucket of ice water to his room and dumping it all over his face. How she did it, nobody knew. Now it was her turn to slack off, he smirked slightly.

"She's been working hard lately.", Del interjected, as if reading his brother's mind.

"Yeah", Martial absentmindedly agreed. "She's been working a lot around the house when we went away yesterday. She even cleaned all of our rooms by herself while being able to tend the garden." He added all thoughts of dumping ice water on her head, gone. After all, that twin sister of his could throw quite the punch to the gut if she was angered. He blamed Mt. Mayon for that.

Just as another comfortable silence settled on the duo, a high pitched scream pierced their non-existent ears. Their eyes widened at the realization that it was in fact, their precious Philia. Before they could even stand up, the young country had already bounded down the stairs and thrown herself at her older twin brother. She had tears in her eyes and was constantly repeating her brother's name in a tiny voice she had to muster.

"Philia! What's wrong, bunso? Did something happen?", Del's worried voice made its way to the young country's hearing.

"K-Kuya...I...I think I'm going to die!" She screamed as she poured more tears into Martial's shirt.

Del looked horrified.

"Why bunso? Why do you think you're going to die? Diyos ko! is someone threatening you!", Del Pilar had fire in his eyes. Nobody threatens his baby siblings. Nobody!

Right at that moment, Philia seemed more scared of her big brother than her problem.

"K-Kuya! Nobody's threatening me!" cried out the scared little country.

"Then what's wrong?" This time it was Martial who spoke. Philia seemed to tear up again.

"I'm...I'm bleeding!" She wailed out. Two older brother's eyes widened as they began to inspect their only baby sister for any bleeding wounds. They were glad to find none.

But where then?

"I...I woke up...and went to the bathroom..."

Ay pak.

"And then...when I looked at my underwear..."

Pak.

"There was blood on it!"

Paksheett! The two boys looked absolutely horrified. She was a girl, and a teenage one at that. This was bound to happen. And the worst part was, all the other, older female countries were far away. Their mother, Perla died when the twins are young. So she didn't have the time to tell Philia about the effects of mother nature.

This means that he can't back out of the Mother Nature talk anymore. Martial patted her back awkwardly.

"Philia, you're not dying.", Martial slowly told her. Philia looked back at her twin brother with tearful, hopeful eyes. "I'm not? Then why am I bleeding?"

"Umm...Uh...Erm..... Kuya!" He exclaimed while handing her over to their big brother. "You're the eldest! You explain to her!"

Philia landed in his arms, very confused. Del looked very uncomfortable.

"Uh...."

~Some time later~

"And thats why a woman bleeds at that certain age, apo"

"Oh. I get it now, salamat lola"

At the end, Del ultimately chickened out and decided to call their great-grandauntie Mindanao to teach his sister about the 'monthly presents of 'mother nature'.

*Apo means grandchild, while Lola means grandmother*

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Since Philia is a girl and she has two brothers, both are male. I've always wondered how Del Pilar explained the "menstruation" to little Philippines. And yup Mindanao is actually Del, Martial, and Philia's Great-grandauntie. Since their Father, Katipunan is the son of South Luzon. The KKK of the Philippines was established at Cavite (a province located in South Luzon). South Luzon and North Luzon are twins and eldest of the four, next is Visayas and Mindanao their younger sister, and the only female of the four. Which makes North Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are Del, Martial, and Philia's great-granduncles and great-grandauntie.
