Prologue 02: Becoming A Stepfather.

Since the day they first met, Victor has been helping out with Chloe and her family. They even went on numerous dates, after realizing that they were actually into each other. Five years later, Victor then drove towards Chloe's house.

After knocking on the door, Chloe's Dad answered it. "Hey Mr. Walter," Victor said. "Is Chloe home? I have something for her." "She's right in the kitchen," Walter explained. "I'm sure she'll be happy for you visiting." Clay then came in to the door, and hugged Victor. "Good to see you to, Clayton," Victor said. "You wait here, I'll explain everything, once I'm done talking to your mother." Victor then went into the kitchen, where Chloe was reading a book.

After noticing her love interest come in, Chloe stopped reading, and placed the book down. "Victor, what brings you here?" Chloe asked. "There's something I need to ask you," Victor answered. "We've been a couple for five years, and I think it's time we spent more quality time with each other."

Victor then pulled out a tiny black box, and opened it, revealing a diamond ring. "Chloe, will you make me the proudest business agent ever, and be my wife?" Victor asked. Chloe started shedding tears of joy, and smiled. "Oh my god, Victor, yes," Chloe answered. "You've made me, and my family so happy, I'm not sure what I'd do without your help." Victor then placed the ring on Chloe's finger, and they both hugged. Walter then came in, to see them. "What's all the crying in here going on?" Walter asked.

"Dad, Victor and I just got engaged," Chloe answered. "Don't worry about everything, my side of the family will pay for the wedding decorations," Victor explained. "Oh, and Clay," Chloe said. "Once Victor, and I get married, you'll have a new stepfather to spend time with." Two months later, the wedding was already was finally there. Victor was already at the alter, and his sister also arrived. "Oh hi, Alexis," Victor said. "I still can't believe you're getting married today," Alexis explained. "I know, but to tell you the truth, I am a little worried," Victor said. "Everything will be fine, as long as you don't do anything wrong," Alexis said. "Thanks, little sister," Victor explained. "I'll keep that advise in mind. It could come in handy."

Finally Chloe came into the room, wearing a sleeveless wedding dress, while holding her father's hand in one hand, and a bouquet of flowers in the other. After letting go of Walter's hand, Chloe met up with Victor at the alter, and faced him, while the priest came to them both. "Dearly beloved," he said. "We are gathered here today to celebrate the marriage of Victor Samuel, and Chloe Parks, in the sacred bond of holy matrimony. If anybody objects to not seeing them married speak now, or forever hold your peace." No one spoke out, after the reverend said that, and the speech continued.
