Clay followed his stepfather into a training room where he spent the past hours breaking boards with his super strength, running three laps with his super speed, and doing jigsaw puzzles without touching the pieces with his telekinesis.
Victor took notes the entire time Clay was doing tests. "You're doing good Clayton," Victor explained. "You've passed all three bionic tests. I however have another gift for you, but I'll be giving it to you tomorrow." "Well I hope it's something that can help me control my powers," Clay said. "I don't want to scare Penny with them." "You won't," Victor said. "Now come on. Your mother is getting dinner ready."
"I'll be leaving then," Ject said. "If you need me again, just contact me with this holographic message sender. I'll leave it on the desk for you." After Ject left, Victor, and Clay used the right elevator, and went to where the living room was. After getting off the elevator, Clay, and Victor saw that a bookcase was covering it.
Clay and Victor continued towards the kitchen, and saw that Chloe was already putting the cake in the oven. After turning, Chloe found that her son was okay. "Clayton, you're alive," Chloe said, and hugged him. "I'll be fine for a while, Ma," Clay explained. "In fact, Vic made me a new type of person." "How?" Chloe asked. "I installed a bionic chip in his body, which will help him next those robots attack us," Victor answered. "Well at least you survived from getting injured, Clayton," Chloe said. "Your grandfather just went to Burger King to pick up dinner."
"Let's hope my bionic powers won't be able to keep me from eating," Clay said. "They won't, Clayton," Victor explained. "I made sure that your new powers won't be able to have you react to food. As long as you try not misuse them for outer purposes. Like Spider-Man's grandfather would say, "With great power, comes a great responsibility." And you must be responsible with your powers as well." "I will, Vic," Clay said. "And I might use these powers to rescue my little sister next time I go back in that building. Let's hope she doesn't tell them where we live." "They won't," Chloe explained. "Daisy is deaf, so they'll get zero chance of answers."
"I guess you're right, honey," Victor agreed. "Even robots know that deaf people can't talk." "Some deaf people, Victor," Chloe said. "My point still stands," Victor explained. "You can't have a deaf person give you answers. It would be like telling a blind person to walk forward. It's pointless." The doorbell rang, and Victor went to answer it. On the other side of the door was Clay's best friend, and mechanic, Ricky. "Hi Mr. Samuel, is Clay home?" Ricky asked. "He's in the kitchen," Victor answered. "Come inside." Ricky did what Victor told him to do, and followed him towards the kitchen where Clay, and his mother were.
