Virgil quickly pushed past us hiding his face in his hands. Kyle left through Virgils door whilst Patton, Logan and I followed after Virgil. We searched the mind Palace, but he was no where to be found. "where could he be?" I asked my lovely companions. "maybe Thomas summoned him... We should go check." Logan sunk out not even seconds after saying this. I gave Patton a reassuring look before sinking out. I arrived in my usual spot just in time to hear Virgil speaking to Thomas about an issue that he had earlier in the day. " it wasn't me Thomas, I swear." "You are literally my anxiety, who else would be able to give me an anxiety attack?" Virgil flinched slightly at Thomas's harsh tone. "Thomas, might I ask when you had the attack?" Logan asked, obviously noticing how distressed Virgil was. Thomas looked around and took a deep breath. "its only 2pm, and I've had three anxiety attacks today.... One this morning getting ready, then at lunch with Talyn and Joan, and when I got home." Thomas shot a glare towards Virgil. Virgil pulled up his hood and sat on the stairs, staring at his hands. "Maybe something happened to make Virgil feel uncomfortable, or out of sorts..." Logan threw one of his vocab cards over his shoulder before crossing his arms, facing Thomas again. Thomas rolled his eyes, and I noticed a slight yellow tint in his iris. Maybe I just imagined it. "Virgil, if something is bothering you, why not just tell us? Or me?" I felt a chill in the room. "I-I.... It wasn't me! I promise!" Virgil stood and threw off his hood, revealing the tears that were in his eyes. "THEN WHO COULD IT HAVE BEEN?!" Thomas stepped back, crossing his arms. I looked back to Virgil, and noticed his breathing had become erratic. Patton noticed this as well and rushed towards him. "pl-please, just leave me alone..." Virgil sunk out faster than we've ever seen before, making us worry more. "Thomas, he's been with us all day, nothing has happened." I thought back to what happened with Deceit, but didn't bring it up. Before saying anything else, we all sunk out to check on Virgil. Why would Thomas speak to him like that? We all arrived in the kitchen part of the mindscape. Everything was silent, except for a quiet sobbing coming from the direction of Virgils room. "I'll go see if there's anything we can do." Patton quickly walked towards Virgils room, while Logan and I stayed close behind.
