35- It's Me

💜Virgils POV💜
I can't say it didn't feel good to have my body back, but something felt missing. Patton took me from Dees arms to the lounge hugging me. "Are you okay? What happened to your wrists?" Pat gave me a worried look, scanning over my arms. "im fine, it doesn't hurt." I turn to deceit to see him staring at the floor. "Hey, c'mon." I pat the spot next to me as he looks up. "A-Are you sure?" he walks over slowly while I nodd and reach for his hand. "Dee... I forgive you for everything, but somethings only the people you hurt can forgive you for." I look at Patton out of the corner of my eye to silently tell deceit to apologise. "I-I... Im really sorry Pat, what I did was wrong and unreasonable. I hope one day-" before Dee could finish apologising Patton tackled him with a hug. "It's okay kiddo, just talk about things next time."  Deceit started to tear up and hugged Patton tightly, sobbing loudly. "What is going on here?!" Roman and Logan were standing behind the lounge glaring at Deceit. "why is he here?" Patton stood and gave them a bright smile while my eyes filled with tears of both sadness and joy. "Virgil is back!" I stand and wipe my eyes. "Y-... Is he... Is it really you?" Roman and Logans looks of hate melted into looks of sadness and love. "it's me." Roman vaulted himself over the lounge and Logan straight up jumped over the lounge, both tackling me crying. "Youre home! You're finally home!" hot tears trailed down my cheeks as I hugged them as tight as I could, too scared that they may disappear if I ever let go. After a few minutes I remembered that we weren't the only ones there. I sit up, still holding onto Logan and Roman as much as I could. "I'm... Really sorry, I understand that you don't want me around. I'll just leave." He turned to leave but Roman grabbed his arm to stop him. "Wha-" Roman stood and pulled Deceit into a hug. "You did some bad things before, some can even say that they were unforgiveable. But you apologised and brought him back to us. You admitted to your mistake, in my opinion you deserve forgiveness." Deceit hugged him back and cried into his shoulder. Logan smiled and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. "So, are you gonna stay?" Logan sighed when I said 'gonna' but let it slide. "I'm going to go back to the dark sides, someone needs to keep those guys out of trouble. I want to help out more though, a new side is meant to be coming along and you-know-who is coming back from the imagination." a new side, huh? "who's the new side?" Logan and I stand up to talk with them easier. "I'm not sure yet, I only know because I'm kinda the father over there..." everyone gave him a questioning look. "I'm the darker version of Pat, how didn't you realise?" I chuckle a little as he turns on his heel and leaves. "it's good to be home guys." The four of us set up a movie and snacks, wanting to enjoy our time together again.

💛Deceits POV💛
I walk back over to the dark side of the mindscape totally not smiling so much my face hurt. Everyone was standing around a new side in the lounge room. He wasn't fast asleep. "so, who's the new guy?" Zane turns to me with a confused look. "Manipulation?" my jaw wasn't practically on the floor. I walk over and sit beside him, hearing him say something strange. "Virgil... I'll get you back..."
