LEIs POVWe headed further down the tunnel, until it stopped on a small platform. We got off, but the metal benders went first to secure the area. We entered a large room but it was oddly empty, with a few equalist banners hanging from the rafters and robots lined up.
"Not your average backyard worshop," Chief Beifong said.
"And I'm guessing those are the new weapons," Korra said, looking at the robots.
These robots were tall, and looked like it was made out of metal, but I wasn't sure. If they wanted to use these against benders, then it wouldn't be made of metal that's for sure. Suddenly, a wall blocked our entrance from behind. I immediately ignited flames in my hand, to light up the room. Chief Beifong tried to metal bend the wall, but it was no use.
"I'm afraid you won't be able to metal bend that wall, Chief Beifong," a familiar voice said.
Then all of the robots came to life, surrounding all of us.
"It's made of solid platinum, so are my mecha-tanks, not even your mother can bend a metal so pure," Mr. Sato said from the inside of one of the robots.
"Hiroshi, I knew it! You're nothing but a no-good equalist, come out here and—," Korra got cut off.
"And do what? Face the wrath of your bending? I think I'll fight inside here, where our odds are a little more...equal," Hiroshi said with a low voice.
"That source was a setup, you lured us down here," Chief Beifong said, as she went on defense mode.
"Guilty as charged," Hiroshi said, then his robot suddenly shot a grappling hook at us, but we easilt dodged it.
I jumped back on the floor, and all of us split up. Metal benders took care of two of the equalist mecha-tanks, while Chief Beifong was able to bring one down. I saw an equalist mecha-tank, coming right for me. I ran at it, and sent a large fire whip lash at it, which knocked it back a little. The mecha-tank shot the grappling hook at me, but I leapt to avoid it. I sent blazing arcs and rings at it, by kicking arc movements with both my legs. It was knocked back, and I ran at it with a fire dagger that I formed using thumb as it was buried between my fingers. I tried to open it up, but the mecha-tank caught me in its arms. My arms were trapped under its claws, and I couldn't move. I tried to break free but nothing would budge. I suddenly felt an electric shock coming from claw, I screamed and it released me on the floor. Before I knew it, I couldn't see anything at all.

MAKOs POVThere was large wall blocking our way when we got down to the tunnel. So, Bolin earth bended below it. He created a small hole, and when we peeked above the hole, we saw the equalist boarding the metal benders into trucks.
"Korra and Lei were right, we gotta help them," I said to Bolin.
I spotted Korra, Lei, Tenzin, and Chief Beifong all knocked out in one corner. I pointed to Bolin and he nodded. We made our way slowly to them. I grabbed Korra on my back while Bolin grabbed Tenzin, we tried to drag Chief Beifong and Lei as well, who were a few meters away from Korra and Tenzin, until we were stopped.
"Not so fast, boys," Hiroshi said, as he was beside an equalist who held two electrical rods. Hiroshi stood in front of Lei. I had to get to her somehow.
"Hello, Mr. Sato, what a, wonderful scary factory you have here under your mansion," Bolin said casually. I glared at him.
"Supporting our team, Supporting the avatar, it was just your cover," I sneered.
"Yes, you're right, and the most difficult part, was letting my daughter date a firebender," Hiroshi sneered. He went up to Lei, and I glared at him even more.
"And have the firebending princess her friend as well," Hiroshi added, as he pulled on Lei's hair to put her head up.
He had an electrical glove emitting electricity right in front of Lei's head. I was about to run at him, until a familiar voice spoke up.
"Dad! Stop!" Asami shouted from behind Hiroshi.
"Why?" Asami said weakly.
"Sweetie, I wanted to keep you away from this as long as I could, please forgive me. These people, these benders, took away your mother, the love of my life. They ruined the world! But with Amon, we can fix it, and make a perfect world together. Join me, Asami," Hiroshi said, as he took of his glove telling her to take it. She better not do it.
She approached Hiroshi, as held out the glove for her. She seemed to be thinking and hesitating. And, she took it.
"No," I said softly.
"I love you, Dad," Asami said, before shocking her own father with the glove.

LEIs POVI woke up with a headache, and just saw Asami shock her own father with an equalist glove. She easily beat down the other equalist as well. I was impressed. I was on the floor on my stomach, until Mako helped me up. This guy is always there whenever I'm on the ground.
"Let's get out of here," Mako shouted, as he jumped down a tunnel on the floor.
Bolin covered up the hole before the equalists could get us. We boarded Chief Beifong's airship to escape. It was quiet once we were inside. Asami was gazing at the window. I felt bad since she had found out about her father. I was standing next to Korra, when Mako approached us.
"I'm sorry I didn't believe you, both of you, but Asami's dad being an equalist, is not an easy thing to believe, especially now," Mako said softly.
"I know, I'm sorry this whole thing happened," Korra said.
"I feel bad for Asami, I hope she'll be alright," I said, Korra nodded.
"So, does your offer for us to live on Air Temple Island still stand?" Mako asked.
"Of course, Asami is welcome too," Korra said softly.
"Thank you so much," Mako said.
"After everything she's been through, she's going to need you, Mako," Korra said softly, he nodded and made his way to Asami.
Asami buried her face into Mako's chest as she sobbed. Korra looked away and I place my hand on her shoulder.
"I'm proud of you, Korra," I said softly, Korra smiled.
