If I fell for a stranger
Would you watch me go?
Don't want to fall alone
At any time- I want you to know.
My demons are all in my head;
Mental skeletons in closets.
Any problem is of my own making-
Throw a line to pull me across it.
I can't express what I truly think
In my head, my heart, my soul,
I just hope you'll realise
There's more to me than you'll know.
Even I'm unsure at times,
And do things I can't explain.
I want to tell- to share my load-
But I don't want to cause any pain.
Some of my deeds I instantly regret,
Others take time to grow.
Not to be tacky or clichéd at all,
But there's sides to me you won't know.
Cringe.
No idea what I was thinking here. Probably pining after a guy or something equally as ridiculous. Glad I grew up.
