Death Note: shinigami

    Near continues to ponder on who it could possibly be and how to find them. ' I've come back better than ever.' He thinks to himself. "In that context, it could mean this person has the shinigami eyes. There's a 20% chance this is somehow Light. However, it could also be someone else we've encountered on the Kira case." He deduced based on the broadcast.

  He picks up the phone again and calls someone. "Hello?" The other person answers. "Is this Matsuda?" Near asks. "Yes, who is this?" Matsuda responds. "I'm Near. Will you gather everyone else who was on the Kira case and tell them to meet me at the highest level of Tokyo tower two days from now? Please, I'll need your help." He asks in a serious tone. "Ummm. Sur......................" The call ended. "Matsuda are you there? Matsuda! Matsuda!" He yells into the phone.

  Later that day;  Touta Matsuda, Shuichi Aizawa, Hideki Ide, Kanzo Moro, and all the other people who were involved in the Kira case were found dead except Near and his version of Watari, Roger Ruvie. All of them died of heart attacks at the same time. No one else could have killed them but Kira himself. All but two people remained in Kira's way. Near immediately started on the Kira case once again. He was determined to stop Light Yagami once and for all, or so he thought.

   "Mwahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Kira starts his devilish laugh again. "Now all that's left is Near, his helpers, and Wammy House!" He informs Ryuk. "Aww yes. Got to to destroy the root of the problem I guess. "Ryuk remarks. "Exactly", Kira smirks. 

   Kira hovers to a local library in hope to find the location of Wammy house.  As he enters the library, he noticed that it's empty.  Perhaps, too empty. This brought forth an eerie atmosphere. He starts to type in the computer.  From a stranger's perspective, it was as if a ghost haunted the computer. Luckily for him,  nobody was there to see him type into the computer.

     He starts typing in some long computer codes that no average person could ever possibly understand. After 15 minutes of this monotonous typing, he clicks the run icon. All of the sudden, the screen flooded with tons of numbers and web pages flying all over the screen. "Did you insert a virus?" Ryuk was curious to know why he did that. "Well yes, but not the bad kind. I'm only using it to fasten the search and to make sure I don't leave traces of me ever using this computer." He smirks. "Very clever as always Kira. How long is this going to take?" He asks in a sluggish voice. "It will be finished soon." Kira answers him.

    Ten minutes later, the computer suddenly shut down and the printer turned on. Kira heads to the printer and picks up a page. The page shows the address of Wammy House. Kira and Ryuk exit the building and hover along the sidewalk. They continue to hover in silence for awhile. "Hey, we're at the airport!" Ryuk breaks the silence. "Indeed we are." He responds.

     They get on a plane and head to England. When they exited the plane, they headed off to Wammy house. When they found the building, something was very off. It looked like the building was abandoned rather recently. As they passed through the walls, they noticed that nobody was there.

   "Where did everybody go?" Kira rhetorically asks. They continued looking in every room and nobody was there. After looking in every room possible, they went into the administration room. It was more like an office because Roger Ruvie's name was plastered on the front of the door.

  The room was very clean and nothing looked out of place. The walls were filled with a lavish red and yellow stripes. On the desk they found a tape that said "To Kira." Kira inserted the tape into the television on the left corner of the room and pressed play on the TV.

   The image, similar to what Kira's tape had,  was a black and white image with the letter N in the center. The tape said

"Hello Kira. I've already planned one step ahead of you and knew that you'd target Wammy house. You thought that you should kill any other future L successors, that are still alive, so they won't get in your way. Everyone was already evacuated and they're in a new location that you'll never find. You may have thought you can defeat me this time, but you still remain ignorant as before, Light-san. I know this is Light or a new Light, to be more specific. Right now, if you hadn't already noticed, but there's a camera hidden in this office and I can see you right now. Yes, I know who you are. I've already won, nice try." The tape ended. Kira just stood frozen there, like a frozen icicle. He didn't know what to say to that, but all of the sudden, the phone rings.

    Kira picks it up and answers it. "Hello Kira." Near spoke through the phone. "I know this is Kira, I may not be able to see you but I can see your pal Ryuk behind you though." He says. Kira all of the sudden starts panicking in fear and looks behind him and sees Ryuk. "How did you do this? You can't do this! I am Kira! You hear me? I am Kira!" He continues ranting. Near doesn't hear him at all. "I know you're a shinigami, Light-san. I may not be able to hear you but I can predict your reaction right now. I would've expected better from you Kira. I thought you'd never come here, but you did. I'll stop you Kira once and for all." The call ended. There was a moment of silence. "I've been fooled Ryuk."
