I tell you facts on Elephants

I was excited for information to share

You tell me, you don't care

We converse

It's too diverse

I don't understand

Your words

Of double meanings

I tell you facts on Elephants

You get snippy

I feel things tipsy

And the world

Suddenly

Goes static

I tell you facts on Elephants

You tell me, you don't care

I say you're grumpy

You're making me jumpy

And you stomp off

Without saying

Another word

I just wanted to talk about Elephants

And I really was, excited to share
