FLORENCE FELT HORRIBLE. It was the next morning after her boss told her to finally go home that she finally did. When she did arrive there Florence came face to face with Kakashi.

Her mouth was dry yet her palms were sweaty. The girls heart raced and her breath clogged her throat. Without saying anything she collided into him. Capturing the famous copy cat ninja in a hug.

"Miss me?" His lazy voice seemed tired, but still slightly happy.

She nodded against his chest and squeezed him tighter. "Don't leave me again" the words were a faint whispering plea.

"What?"

She lifted her head and rested her chin against his chest to peer up at him. "Please, don't leave me again".

His eyes sunk in sadness. Kakashi watched as her falsely cold exterior cracked revealing her fairly shattered insides. "You know I can't".

"Kakashi" her voice drew into a wail.

He stayed silent and wiped the tears that bubbled from her eyes. They stopped feeding each other words of fake comfort a long time ago.

Instead he lent down and kissed her forehead. "Come on let's go to sleep". He took her hand and lead her to her room.

Florence looked to the window where light blared in. "But its day time".

"That doesn't matter, you haven't slept since I left, have you?" He echoed a sad chuckle.

Nodding the girl hazily followed behind him until they reached her ever so familiar bedroom door. With little hesitance Kakashi pushed the door open and walked inside. Neither of the two spared time to change or brush their teeth. Instead, they only climbed into the bed.

Before drifting into a long awaited rest, Florence felt Kakashi's arm slither around her waist and pull her close. The last thing she could remember was smiling.

By the time the woman finally awoke again, Kakashi was already up. He hadn't left the bed, but was instead sitting up with the blankets pooling around his waist. In his hand was the usually perverted book.

Florence's sleeping body was strung out on the bed. Though both her head and chest rested upon his lap. Every so often he would spare a look away from his book towards her. Gosh, she looked to peaceful.

He felt the temptation to reach out to her, so he did. His fingers tucked a stray strand behind her ear before tracing her facial features.

Kakashi felt her stirring and quickly moved to retreat his hand, returning back to his prized book. "Goodmorning sleeping beauty" his words were a lazy string.

She nuzzled into his legs trying to burrow into sleep, though all to no avail. Kakashi ruffled her hair, hoping to wake her up. "Its already past noon, get up".

"Hmm" her heavy hand rose to weakly slap him him the face. Though it only seemed to tap his cheek before sliding down his masked face. "5 more minuets".

He huffed before rolling her off of him. With a innocent smile he watched as she successfully fell onto the floor. Safe to say, Florence was now wide awake.

"Hey!" She slung her body back onto the bed. "What was that for?" She tackled him in attempt to push him onto the floor, but his body simply puffed away revealing a block of wood. Enraged she jumped off the bed and left the room in search for the trickster ninja.

Much to her dismay, he wouldn't be found, for Kakashi was already out the door and on his way to work. He walked at a leisurely pace not caring that he was already several hours late.

It wouldn't be until a good half hour later that Florence would give up trying to find him. Still slightly mad the kunichi would choose to skip breakfast and head to work.

Though, it was when she was near the hospital doors when she spotted him. The copy cat ninja sitting on a bench across the street reading his all too familiar book.

Quietly the woman snook up to him and once again tried to tackle him. He diverted her oncoming attack, catching her small form before she crashed into the bench.

"Hello" his voice was a fake sort to cheerful.

She huffed with annoyance, "hello".
