Caitlin's pov

I arrived at 7 p.m. Cisco was leaving the same time I entered the cortex.

,,Poor kid, I will go out now, and you have to work" he said with a funny face
I rolled my eyes while smiling
,,but you know, that you just worked the last hours, while I was chilling at home?"
,,you were really chilling? You Caitlin Snow? Wow didn't see this day coming... C'mon you wasnt!" he smirked.
,,Okay your'e right I cleaned my house, but I..."
,,It,s okay, I am just kidding" he Interrupted me ,,got your point"
,, Wow" I just replied
,, So even if you teased me...have a nice evening Cisco"
,,you too, Caitlin" he hugged me than he left.

Now I was alone, it was so calm, I enjoyed it. A few seconds later a fast wind went through my hair.

,,I'm here, am I late?" Barry asked.
,,No you're not but you mixed my hair up" I said while shaking my head, to get my hair at the right  place.
,,I am sorry, but therefore, I brought some food" he smiled
,,Okay, forgiven" I laughed.

,,So lets go to the lab, there are my things, maybe you can solve some issues, wich I do not understand"
,,If you do not understand how can I?" he said.
,,Barry, I am not that intelligent"
,,yes you are and you know this Cait" he smiled.
,,If you say that" I rolled my eyes but showed a smile.

Barry's Pov

I had fun, I don't know, I had always fun with her. Right now she said something about the atoms of the mixture. She was so cute while explaining these things. I wonder what it was about to kiss her... Okay stop, what was I even thinking? But I couldn't help. Since she told me, I was kind of dissapointed, that she was over me, before I even knew she was into me. Five years ago...I thought the last days about this time and I remembered a time where I kinda liked her the same way, but I never thought more about it because Iris was stuck in my head all the time. ,,We never had a chance" now this sentence of Caitlin was stuck in my head since she said it. Why is life always so complicated. I was supposed to thought about Iris right now not to...

,,...so these atoms have less distance so we could...Barry are you even listening?

Caitlin waved her hand in front of my face. ,,huh?..oh ehm...I..I'm sorry...I was in thoughts for one moment, but now I am back."
,, I guess we should try the serum on the atom basis. It may be more safe, because of the DNA structure of humans" I said quickly
,,Yes, thats a point, I forgot. So then lets start".

We were a good team in two hours we nearly, got an basic concept for our serum. We had a lot of fun.
,,So tomorrow again? I asked
,,If you want" she smiled ,,but yes you are right, it is more fun to work together, and we make actually a good team Mr. Allen" she smiled
,,Yes we do dr. Snow" I laughed
,,So, do you need a flash ride home?" I asked her.
,,No, I have my car, but thanks"
,,Okay, than see you tomorrow"

I really wanted to work, the next evenings because, we had not much time and Cicada was still a problem. But there was something inside me, that didn't  want Ralph to ask her out and when she worked, he couldn't.
