"So this is 'The Great Empress',"
Normal POV
Emiko immediately looked up at Kageyama with wide eyes but they slowly softened and looked down at the floor.
"So you found out huh," She said almost sadly.
"Yeah, since the first day of school,"
"Really? Huh I'm kind of impressed," She said flatly.
"I should be the one who is impressed, you are amazing at volleyball." He said cheerfully.
"Arigato" She mumbled.
"But you never actually told me what happened to make you stop playing,"
For some reason Emiko felt as if she owed it to him to tell him what happened that frightful day 2 weeks before nationals. But as if perfect timing to ruin their perfect moment the rest of the Karasuno team walked through the door.
"Hey Kageyama, Emiko, is everything alright?" asked their captain.
"Yeah I was just going to help Kageyama on his serves" Emiko lied.
She didn't know if the team saw through her bluff or was impressed that she saw anything wrong with Kageyama's serves because they all had the same shocked look on their face after she said that.
"Now that I said that might as well correct your serves because that's what everyone is probably expecting now." Emiko whispered to Kageyama.
The rest had went to change except for Hinata who came ready. So she asked him to do a jump serve so she could see what she was working with, but before the ball could hit the floor it was perfectly received by someone they had never seen before.
'A perfect serve recieve,' Both Kageyama and Emiko thought at that moment.
But Hinata's brain decided to work differently and say
"You are shorter than me,"
This automatically ticked off the second year and he started yelling at Hinata.
Not long after the libero named Nishinoya soon realised a presence of a female.
"C-could you be a new manager!?" Noya asked with his eyes shinning.
"Y-y-yeah," Emiko was able to stutter out a little scared of his sudden interest in her.
Suddenly the door opened and yelled,
"Yuu!"
"Ryu!"
They stared.
"It looks like our libero has come back." Daichi exclaimed.

I would write more for this chapter but I'm currently having writers block and like cannot think of anything to write for Noya. Sorry for the super short chapter I promise more Kageyama shipping later!
