"Ugh..." I stretch my hands up. I yawn like i've been staying up for the entire week, well i can say that as well. This was a crucial moment. For the past 7weeks i barely sleep for 2hours. It's not like i can't, i just don't allow myself to rest.
Colleagues saya berabis sudah pujuk supaya rehat but i just brush it off. In the end kami semua sama2 tida cukup rehat, masing2 pun keras kepala mau ikut saya kerja sampai subuh. Kadang2 kami tidur di studio saja.
Eventho it was hard but seeing my collection finally done i feel a huge rock has been lifted on me. Kami siap 2minggu lebih awal dari apa yang kami predict. Semua tarik nafas lega, i silently feel happy.
"right! We should celebrate this!" One of my colleagues took the initiative to propose.
"That's right!" Another claim while nodding head and stroking their chin. Consciously looking on my direction but soon shaking their head like it was impossible.
"Alright. Lets celebrate. It's on me!" everyone was stunned. Saya senyum tengok dorang, that's right.. Everything should be like this since the beginning. I love my job and i appreciate my colleagues.
"Bos... Are you sure? R-really?" One of my colleagues speak, stammering.
"what are you saying, of course it's true! Right bos! I'll show you the best spot to drinks!" I nodded and smile.
"Alright. Let's go everyone." Lepas kemas barang dan pack dalam beg terus kami bertolak sambil colleague saya si Clare cerita pasal tu tempat. Andrea pun ikut sama sebab habis kerja sudah.
And just like that we're making our way to the bar Clare suggested.
"Let's make a toast to our domineering boss! " one of my colleagues propose a toast. Everyone stands up.
"are u saying i'm arrogant?" I ask, half smile half serious. I raise my eyebrows looking at him.
"Hahaha... No way! What i mean is u are an awesome boss! Right right?!" Dia tengok sekeliling dia minta sokong. Saya geleng kepala saja tengok dorang angguk kepala vigorously.
"Okay! To our Queen's successful comeback!" Saya berdiri raise gelas. They did the same thing.
"CHEERS!" Bising tu bunyi gelas tehantuk dengan gelas lain.
"Good job everyone. I'm looking forward to make another collection with all of you." I sat down. I feel carefree and likeable at the same time, i never felt love from the man i love and married to, the man that i craved to return my feeling. After i have this chance to fix my mistake, i realise what i need now and that's doesn't include him. Not anymore.
"Ms. Jillian, u have change you know.." Dave say, he is one of the first person i recruits.
"Hm? How so?" I'm glad they starting to warming up to me.
"This..." He look every way, i understand what he trying to say. "we love this new version of you, please keep it up this way Ms. Jillian." He raise his glass and i raise mine as well.
"Jillian.." I smile.
"Well, Jillian it is." I have the longest conversation with my colleagues for the first time in my life for the entire night.
I don't remember how i ended up in my bed when i woke up.
