                              "We aren't that big?" Reggies eyes pleaded as he stared at me.
                              "It doesn't matter, eventually people are going to figure out that you're famous, and we will get mobbed. I'm not going." I cross my arms and sit back on the couch.
                              "Just spare Reggie the effort of trying to convince you, we both know that you'll end up going with him anyway." Julie laughs.
                              "Usually yes, but right now, it's a no." I smile sarcastically at her, and she sticks her tongue out at me.
                              "Okay, instead of dinner, how about some ice cream?" Reggie puts his head on my lap and looks up at me.
                              "I've cream will do, but don't expect anything more. And you're paying." I lift him off my lap and walk away.
                              "I wouldn't have it any other way." Reggie starts running to catch up to me, and when he does, he takes my hand in his, as we walk to the ice cream shop.
                              ~~~
                              "One strawberries and cream, and one galaxy adventure please." Reggie hands the cashier his money, when we finally get our ice cream. We sit down at one of the three tables that they have inside the shop.
                              "So far so good?" Reggie asks me as he licks his galaxy adventure cone.
                              "I wouldn't jinx it yet, there is still a window of time that things can go wrong."
                              "Now I know why I fell in love with you. Definitely because of your amazing pessimism. Total turn on."
                              "Shut it." I smile at him, before looking past his shoulder, and out the window.
                              "Do you think the galaxy really looks like this ice cream, or is it just a lie." Reggie seemed upset by the realization, but my attention was more focused on the crowd that was forming in front of the shop. Fans and paparazzi galore were standing there watching Reggie and I, eat our ice cream.
                              "Uh, Reg." I point outside, for him to follow the direction to finally see the mob forming.
                              "Okay, maybe your pessimistic attitude isn't all that delusional." He laughs at his words, but I can tell he's worried about the crowd.
                              "How are we gonna get out of here? We don't even have a car to leave in." I ask him with a groan.
                              "Maybe we can call Julie?"
                              "I wouldn't want her to get mobbed too. See I told you we should've just made sundaes at home."
                              "Now is not the time to remind me that I was wrong." I laugh at his frustration, but quickly redirect my attention to figuring out how to leave this place, safely.
                              "Maybe we should just make a run for it?" Reggie suggests, but his facial expression shows that he wasn't all for this idea either.
                              "Excuse me?" We hear a sweet voice from next to us. We see the cashier standing there, with shaking hands and a nervous look. "I'm sorry but, I need to ask you to leave. Your presence is making it hard for other costumers to enter the shop, so I'm sorry but I have no other choice."
                              "Huh. So we're getting kicked out. Reg?" He looks to me with a curious face. "I think it's time we take up track again."
                              He smiles knowingly at me, and we end up convincing the cashier to let us leave through the back door. As soon as we see that it's clear to run, we both start sprinting in the direction of Julie's house.
                              The whole way there, Reggie and I are laughing our heads off. When we finally get to the studio, we find it completely empty of the rest of the band.
                              I walk over to the couch and sit down. Reggie follows my lead, and puts his feet up onto the coffee table.
                              "I can't believe we ran all that way." I say, still out of breath.
                              "I can't believe you ran all that way." He looks at me, and I give him a small slap on the arm for his teasing words.
                              "I'm not as lazy as you think I am." I get up off the couch, to head home. "Well until the next track meet, I bid thee farewell." I bow and walk out the studio, leaving behind Reggie - who found my bow and medieval words a little too funny.
