"What else do you have to do for tomorrow?" Julie asks me as we walk out of the school.

"I just have to write a whole song down on sheet music for mrs Harrison, you know, no biggie." I say sarcastically.

"I could ask Luke if he could help you? He usually does those kind of things really fast."

"It's okay, I figured if I want to be a professional artist, I should learn how to do it anyway. It may take a while, but hopefully I'll learn from it."

"Well if you need help, message me at any time, the Luke would be free to help you at any time."

"Thanks Jules. I'll see you tomorrow?" I walk in the direction of my house as I wave goodbye to Julie - her house was the opposite way of mine.

On my way home, I try thinking of a melody for the chorus, but it seems like everyone that I come up with, is from a song that's already been made.

I don't know how I'm going to do this all in one night. Maybe I should've started with it two weeks ago, when we were given the assignment. Nah, I'm more of a last minute homework doer.

I enter my house, knowing that my parents aren't home for the weekend - they both had to fly to Austin, Texas for a business conference.

I grab some water bottles,a packet of grapes and a tub of chocolate icing from the fridge, before heading to my room, to get started on this homework.

It must've been an hour into my homework- when I noticed that it was practically dark outside. I decide to have a little break and answer some texts that I hadn't replied to yet.

The first one I saw was from Julie - asking how my homework was going. I obviously told her that it was harder then I thought it was gonna be, but that I already had the chorus down.

Next I check Flynn's text, but just as I open it, I hear something from downstairs. I instantly fear for my life, so I grab my baseball bat, that I kept next to my bed, and walk downstairs.

I walk into the kitchen, and see some forks on the counter - ones that I definitely didn't put there. I look around the surrounding area for anything out of the ordinary, but find nothing.

"Hey." I hear a muffled voice say in my ear, I turn around and swing the bat at the person. But of course it doesn't hit anyone, but there is someone standing there. Luke.

"What are you doing here?" I'm annoyed and angry at him right now.

"You should've seen your face. Who knew haunting someone could be so fun."

"Again, what are you doing here?"

"Julie said you needed help with a song."

"And you couldn't just knock on the door, like a normal person?"

"I'm a ghost, not exactly normal."

"Okay smart ass. Only this once am I asking you to help me. So please like, will you help me write a song for tomorrow."

"Only if I can have some of that icing you have in your room?" He smirks at me as my mouth drops.

"YOU WERE SPYING ON ME?" I grab the bat again and start chasing Luke around the house, until we both get tired and head upstairs to finish the song.
