"My Jiminie, I'm glad that you call" a woman said the moment she answered the call.
"Minari, my beautiful Minari. I miss you so much" the man, whose name is Jimin expressed. "I've been calling you this past few days, but your line was busy" he said with a saddened tone.
"I'm sorry jagi (darling), you know how busy I am with my ballet class. Competition is coming" Mina apologized. He sighed and smiled as if she can see him.
Mina is a ballerina that is performing in New York and Jimin lives in Korea. They've been far away from each other for almost years of their relationship. They just got to see each other during vacation when they both have time to go to each other's place.
"I understand. That's what you and your mom wants. That's your biggest dream. To enter and perform to that competition" Jimin said and sighed again. He got to talk to her thrice in a week so if he ever been given an opportunity to talk to her, he really control himself to fight with her.
"Jagi thank you for understanding. I promise, after this competition, I'll quit and will spend my life with you only. Arasseo? So don't cry and endure this. I love you so much baby" Mina sweetly said that touched his heart. If he could only touch her, he would hug her so tight.
"Arasseo. Don't exhaust yourself okay? And always remember that I---" he couldn't finish his statement when he heard something on the other line.
"Myoui Mina! Myoui Mina, what are you doing?" the other line said, maybe her ballet instructor. He heard her talk "I'm so sorry, I was just talking with my friend" she said that stinged his heart. FRIEND? Seriously? He thought.
"Jagi mianhae, I have to hung up. I love you" and the call ended without him saying I love you too.
He sighed and smiled. Then he remembered how his girl said that he was just a friend. He understand since in her career, having a relationship is forbidden. And her parents still not approve with their relationship.
He leaned his head on the head board. He opened his phone to scroll some of their pictures together. He was still astonished with the beauty of his girl.
"Arriving at Philippines. We are now at the Philippines. Maligayang pagpunta sa Pilipinas. Mabuhay!" then the plane was slowly landing.
After the plane landed, he immediately stood up and went out. He waited for his baggages and inhaled the air.
"It's so good to be back" he uttered.
He walked to the waiting area where passengers will be welcomed by their love ones. He was looking through the crowd, checking if his grandmother was already here to welcome him.
"Oppa!" a woman called his attention that made him turn his gaze to where the shout came from. He was amazed by the woman he saw.
"Jihyo? Aigoo!" he said and hugged his little sister. "You've changed so much that I can't even recognize you. You're so pretty" he stated and pinched her cheeks that earned a glare from her.
"Hajima! (Stop it!)" she said and held her cheeks. "And for your information, I've been very pretty since the day I was born. Aish! Jinjja!"
"I was just joking. Sungit!" he annoyed his sister.
"Why do I need to be the one who fetch you? Be thankful that halmeoni is very busy with her amiga" she said and stomped her feet. He laughed with her tantrums.
