Y/N p.o.v:
"You should have been more careful, Y/N!" Cas yelled. You ignored him and continued to stitch your side up.
"Don't you dare ignore me, Y/N L/N." He growled. You looked up and glared at the angel.
"I get it, Cas! I fucked up! I said I was sorry." You responded and then looked back down. Cas didn't take that as a good answer.
"You knew what would happen! And you still didn't listen." He said. You finished up and then rolled down your shirt. You looked back up at your boyfriend.
"I said I was sorry, Castiel! What more do you fucking want?!" You yelled back. Cas's eyes seemed to get dark. You have never been afraid of him before, never. But the way he was looking at you scared the shit out of you.
"It was a mistake to bring you out on this hunt. All you do is mess everything up. All you do is make mistakes." He growled. You rolled your eyes.
"Everyone makes mistakes, Cas! Even you. Like the time you killed all of those angels? Remember that? Or the time you betrayed me? How many more do I gotta name?" You questioned. Cas didn't respond. His face was red with anger. Suddenly, your head snapped to the left. It took you a few seconds to realize what happened. He hit you. Castiel hit you. The one person who was supposed to protect you from the monsters became the monster. You touched your cheek and looked back up at him. He looked at you with horror. He crossed a line that you never knew needed to be drawn.
"Y/N-" You just walked away before he could say anything else. You didn't get very far. He grabbed your wrist, making you flinch. He let go immediately.
"I can take the yelling, the name calling... But I'll be damned if I let anyone put a hand on me. This is over, in every possible way." You said softly and then walked away. You went to your shared room and packed all of your things. You went back out, only to he greeted by you brothers.
"We heard the fight. Wait. Where are you going?" Dean asked. You let your hair cover your right cheek.
"Away. I need some time, some time to think. I can't stay here." You said. Dean and Sam were at loss for words.
"W-Why? Y/N, you don't need to go. Everyone makes mistakes. Leaving shouldn't-" You looked up with angry tears streaming down your face.
"I can't stay here, Sammy! I can't stay in a place where I know I'm not safe!" You yelled. Sam walked towards you and gently touched your cheek. You tensed up.
"Did he do that?" He whispered. You looked down, wiping away your tears.
"Y/N, did Cas do that?!" Dean asked again for Sam. You nodded and lunged into Sam's arms. Sam wrapped his arms around you and held you till you calmed down.
"We'll help you get your things. Let me take this. Dean, go talk to Cas." Sam said you let them do what they wanted. You walked out to your car with your brother.
"Take as long as you want. Stay in touch with us. We love you, Y/N." He said. You faked a smile and nodded.
"I love you guys too. I'll see you later." You said and then got into the car. You waved to your brother and sped off. Your phone was buzzing like crazy. You picked up your phone to look at it. You knew this was dangerous, especially in your state of mind.Angel😇: Y/N, we can work this out. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to. Please come back.
Angel😇: Please.. I need you.
Angel😇: Don't leave, please.
You scrolled through the others that were there before responding.
You: I can't stay with someone who hurts me.
Angel😇: Please, we can fix this, just come back.
You: There's nothing left to fix. You hit me. You fucked up.
You looked up at the road only to be met with screeching tires and screams of terror. Then, everything went black.
Cas p.o.v:
My Love❤: There's nothing left to fix. You hit me. You fucked up.
Me: I know I did. Just let me make it right. Please.
I waited and waited for her to text back. Suddenly, I get a call from her. I answered it quickly.
"Y/N, I'm so-" A man interrupted me.
"Hello, I'm Officer Dave. You were listed in this woman's phone, who I assume to be Y/N like you said, correct?" Dave said. My heart stopped.
"What happened?" I asked. I didn't know if I wanted an answer. The officer sighed.
"She's been in a crash. She is on her way to the hospital in critical condition. I'd get there quickly. It doesn't look too good." He said with pity. I ended the call and flew to the hospital. Just as I landed in the emergency room, they brought Y/N in. I walked up to a nurse that was rushing her past the doors.
"Will she be okay? Will my girlfriend be okay?!" I asked. The nurse looked at me with sad eyes.
"It doesn't look too good. Come on! Let's move it!" She yelled at the others. Y/N was covered in cuts and blood. I gasped at the horror. It was my fault. I hurt her and now she could possibly die. I sat down in the waiting room and started to sob. How could I do such a terrible thing? How could I hurt the one person who loved me the most? That I love the most? I pulled out my phone only to be getting a call from Dean. I answered it with a shaky hand.
"Where the hell are you?!" He yelled. I winced.
"Dean...Y/N got into a crash. She's in critical condition. They don't know if she'll make it." I cried.
"Which hospital?" He asked. He was choking up on his words. I knew he was about to cry. I heard Sam start to cry in the background.
"The one in town." I whispered. I heard the beep when he ended the call. I put my phone back in the pocket of my trenchcoat. I waited for Sam and Dean. I cried until I couldn't anymore. Just as they got inside, a doctor walked up to me.
"We did the best we could. I'm so sorry for your loss." He said. I stared at the doctor for a long time before looking at the brothers. They walked up to the doctor and me. They were both crying now. Hysterically.
"C-Can we go see her?" Sam asked. The doctor nodded and told us to follow him. He opened a door to one of the rooms for us and then left. I walked up to Y/N. She wasn't covered in blood anymore and her cuts were stitched up. At least they had the decency to clean her up.
"It's my fault. I did this." I whispered. I took Y/Ns small, cold hand into mine. It was still so soft. She was pale and cold. Just like any other dead person. Her lips were chapped and slightly blue. Her hair was dull. She was lifeless.
"We need to give her a proper hunters funeral." Dean said. And we did. We burned her body, said goodbyes. Or more like 'see ya laters' as the boys like to say. I would never forgive myself. I couldn't even look Sam and Dean in the eyes when I told them I was leaving for good. They were mad at me for what I did, but I could tell they really didn't want me to go. But it's okay. I know they're doing better without me. I still help them on hunt even if they don't notice it. It wasn't meant to be like this. I was supposed to be Y/Ns protecter, her lover, her best friend, her family. And I killed her. Her blood was on my hands and I'll never be able to wash it off. I killed the person I loved most. And now, I have no one.A/N:
Damn the ending is dark. I was almost finished with this one so I thought since I'll probably be gone for a while, I'd give y'all a lil somethin somethin. Anyway, I hope y'all liked it.
