Request for @Bobbysingerloves. I hope this is what you asked for!

Y/N p.o.v:

You didn't know how long you had been there. Weeks? Months? Time moved differently in Hell, something you didn't expect. They never stopped. Once you finally felt you gained enough strength, there they were; breaking you, not just physically but mentally.
"He never cared about anyone. Not Dean and especially not you." The demon growled with a smirk. You didn't say anything but screamed in agony when he placed a red hot rod on your left side.
"Please! Stop!" You screamed, but he didn't. The smell of burning flesh filling your nose. Once he removed it, you let your head hang and let the darkness take over; the pain being too unbearable to handle awake.

Dean's p.o.v:

"I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition." He said. I stared at him with suspicion until I heard what he said next.
"Your friend, Y/N, is in hell. She came there to save you." He explained. My heart dropped at the thought of what she was going through.
"We need to-" but he just grabbed my arm and in the blink of an eye, we were in a strange place. I looked around in astonishment. What the hell? As confusing as it was, I didn't think too much of it because Y/N was my top priority. He led me through a variety of different halls with different people in cages. They yelled to be let go and for things to stop. I ignored it, my mind focused on finding Y/N. My thoughts were cut short when I heard the familiar scream of her voice.
"She's close!" I exclaimed. Castiel told me to be quiet when we reached a room with a big door. The man who saved me opened it ever so slightly which made her screams louder. Then we heard whoever was hurting her.
"He never cared about anyone. Not Dean and especially not you." I heard him say. Once her screams stopped, that's when we rushed in. Castiel motioned for me to go to Y/N while he did the hard work. I ran to her as they started fighting. She was beaten and bloody all over. It made me angry seeing her just hanging there. I removed the chains that held her up and carefully got her down. She didn't wake up but I could see the pain on her face anyway.
"Let's go." I heard Castiel say. I looked at him and nodded. He grabbed my shoulder and suddenly we were in a motel with Sam and some other chick. He stared in shock and whoever was with him stared in horror. Castiel walked over to her quickly and before she could scream, he touched her head and she dropped to the floor.
"What the hell?!" Sam exclaimed, coming out of whatever shock he was in.
"She will be fine. She is just sleeping." He said. After hours of explaining to Sam what happened, we took Y/N to the hospital so she could get treated for her wounds. I didn't trust Castiel just yet even though he said he could heal her. She started to wake up shortly after being there.

Y/N p.o.v:

You groaned and opened your eyes. You looked at your surroundings and saw two familiar figures. It was Sam and Dean with another man.You quickly woke up and sat up, but instantly regretted it.
"Woah, woah, woah. Take it easy." Dean said and then helped you lay back down.
"Who is the one that looks lost? How did you save me? How are you-" Dean shushed you, making you stop talking.
"Cas will explain some other time. Right now I want to get you to just rest and focus on getting better." He said. You smiled at him but it vanished when you looked at Sam. You hardened your features and looked away.
"Hey, Y/N." You didn't acknowledge him at all, instead paying attention to the other man.
"So it's Cas?" You asked him. He shook his head, his expression never changing. What's up with him?
"No, I am Castiel. Angel of the Lord." He responded. Your mouth hung open which made Dean laugh.
"He ain't lying." You slowly closed your mouth as you thought about it.
"Well now I don't think I need an explanation of how you got out, Dean." You said. He laughed and took your hand into his.
"Jesus, I missed you." He whispered as he hugged you like you were a fragile china doll.
"I missed you too." You sighed. You hugged back and glared at Sam while doing so. He just looked at the ground. You caught up with Dean, Sam sitting in the background not saying anything.
"I'll be back. You must be hungry. I'll go get you something that isn't hospital food." He said and then pretended to gag. You giggled and nodded. When the door shut, Sam finally spoke.
"Y/N-" You angrily cut him off.
"Save it." You growled. Sam took a deep breath and then spoke again despite you not wanting to hear it.
"You have to understand. There was no way I could've saved him. I-" You scoffed and glared at him.
"You didn't even try, Sam! You just immediately moved the fuck on. What kind of person does that? Like, Jesus, you couldn't have even put in a little bit of work and effort?" You asked rhetorically. He didn't say anything so you continued.
"I went through Hell and back to save him. Literally. Even if it wasn't me exactly who did it, at least I fucking tried." Sam looked at you with angry eyes.
"Yeah and it almost cost you your life, Y/N! If you hadn't, you wouldn't be in that hospital bed. I could've lost you." He choked at the end. You rolled your eyes.
"You lost me when Dean first went to Hell. You left. I was there for you and all you did was leave. I was so stupid to think I could've gotten you to fall for me like I did you." You gradually got quieter as you spoke. Sam stared at you in surprise but you didn't see it because you were staring at the wall.
"You fell for me?" You heard him ask. You nodded as the tears found their way down your bandaged cheeks.
"I was so hurt. But I was more angry because you didn't lift a finger to help Dean. You didn't even stop to consider how it affected me." You whispered so softly you didn't know if he heard you. He didn't say anything so you spoke again.
"I know Dean isn't or won't be happy either. You realize that, right?" You looked at him and watched him nod. You looked down and messed with the hem of your blanket.
"Please leave my room, Sam." You said quietly. You heard him get up and walk out just as you heard someone else walk in. You looked up and saw Dean with a sad smile.
"At least we have each other." You smiled at his words and nodded in agreement. Dean gave you your food and then sat in the seat Sam was originally in.
"We'll need to forgive him eventually, Y/N. Especially you." He said. You grabbed a fry and sighed.
"I know." You responded and then ate the fry. You spoke again after swallowing it.
"But that day isn't today."

A/N:

I have no idea how this was supposed to end but this is how I wanted it to. I hope it was just as good as it would've been if I remembered how it went!
