I blocked the fake account as I walked home. Yes you heard me right.

Home.

William had been told to leave school early to avoid clashing with Adam. I really wanted to go back to William's place seeing as I had been staying there for long but I just couldn't.

Not now at least.

Once I got to my house I stood outside it and stared at the door for a while. The last time I had been here my uncle was being so violent that William and the others decided to egg him.

That was a classic.

I walked to the door and just as I was about to open it my uncle beat me to it. He just stood there staring at me, his eyes not quite focusing.

He was still drunk. He never stopped.

"Hello how are you?" I greeted and my uncle stood still staring at me.

"I have to tell you something April," my uncle said quietly. This made me push my way into the house.

In his drunk state he sounded very serious. He never really sounds serious or real.

I walked into the living room which was now a huge mess. Empty glass bottles lay on the carpet. Some of the glass had cracked and was scattered everywhere.

I started to notice small white packets on the floor too. I crouched down to get a better look at them.

It looked like medicine packs. I picked one up and saw my uncles name on it.

This was prescribed.

My heart started to beat ten times faster as I turned to face him.

"Please tell me it's just flu," I whispered as my uncle leaned against the living room door.

"It's more than a flu April," tears fell from eyes as I stood up from my crouched down position. "I have cancer. I am sorry."

I rushed to my uncle and hugged him. He wrapped his arms around me and cried into my hair causing me to loose it. "I am so sorry..." we stayed in this position for a few more minutes before he pulled away.

"April I need your help. You are all I have..."

"I will do anything," I said confidently as I wiped my nose with the back of my hand.

"Hide all my drinks. I can't stop drinking and it's messing up with my medication."

I walked into the kitchen before grabbing a black bag. I picked up all the bottles from the floor and started to put them into the bag. Once done I tied the bag tightly before opening the door. I walked to the green bin which sat outside. I lifted the lid before throwing the bag inside.

"Bye," I whispered as I slammed the lid back down.

I went back to the kitchen and grabbed another black bag. I placed all the full or half filled bottle of drinks into the bag.

I tied this bag tightly like I had done before.

Only I had a different location for these drinks.

"Where do you plan on taking them?" My uncle asked and I could see temptation in his eyes.

He wanted the drinks.

"Don't worry about it. I will make sure you never get them." I walked out the front door and down the road.

There was three huge bins by the park near home. I remember occasionally throwing some rubbish into them after school. I knew this was a good place for the drinks to go because my uncle would never know that I put his drinks in here.

And if one day he follows me and finds out, there is no he would be able to get it out. These bins would very hard to get into due to its height. I mean if you want to throw in rubbish it's possible but to actually go in, it's not possible.

I grabbed the bag and threw it into the bin. I heard the bottles smash together as it hit the bottom. I stood there for a bit longer wondering why my life was such as mess.

First I managed to bag myself fake friends and now my uncle is seriously ill.

I let out a loud sigh before going back home.
