Chapter 1 - Monotone

Spring...

The season of cherry blossoms. It's really a sight to see, with the cherry blossoms slowly falling. As the cherry blossoms fall, a beautiful blonde haired girl was happily walking while eating a choco pie. This is Minatozaki Sana. As she walks, she saw a black cat and start chasing it. She chased it until it stopped on a bench that is under the a cherry blossom tree, petals beautifuly falling one by one. She came closer to the cat and gave it some food. Ahhh... it is such a sight to see indeed...

Scene Change

Music from the piano, the most relaxing and very calm music that you will ever hear...

A black-haired kid was magestically playing a piano like a music prodigy, which he really is. His fingers just look like roaming on the piano by looking at it, that's how good he is. This is Kim Dahyun.The audience were very amazed and shocked to see a little kid looking like a professional while playing the piano for the "60th Anniversary Piano Competition" especially one of his childhood friends, Hirai Momo.

Scene Change (JYP Junior Highschool)

The Kim Dahyun is in high school now. In a music preparation room, he was listening to some music through his phone and writing down the notes of the music in a piano sheet so he can play, it using the piano.

Meanwhile...

Hirai Momo, was playing baseball with her teammates and batted it a little too hard.

"Crushed it!" Said Momo

"She got all of that one!?" Said one of her teammates

"Look at it go!" Said another one

And the baseball crashed at the window

"Oh, crap..." Momo said, scared

"You don't have to hit the snot out of it!" - Teammate 1

"Go get the ball, Momo!" - Teammate 2

A guy with brown hair playing soccer caught her attention

"So she struck yet again, huh?"

This is Chou Tzuyu, Momo and Dahyun's childhood friend

Back to Momo. She ran inside the school and to the room where the ball crashed. She stopped at the "Music Preparation Room". As she opened the door, she was shocked to see a guy lying on his stomach on the floor with blood, his glasses fell, and music sheets were scattered around, the baseball was right beside him.

"Oh jeez! It's a corpse!" Momo said frightened on what she just saw, not knowing that it's Dahyun

Dahyun twitched slightly but Momo didn't noticed as she grabbed the baseball quickly and slowly exited

"I better make a run for it.." Momo mumbled shakily

But before she exited, Dahyun became conscious and reached for his glasses

"Ow... Ouch.." - Dahyun

"Oh, its you, Dahyun. Thank goodness it's not someone else!" Momo exlcaimed

"Huh? Momo? When did you get here?" Dahyun asked

Dahyun then saw that the window is broken

"Whaaat? The window's broken! All I can see is red! You broke it again? We just got the window's fixed, you know!" Dahyun cannot stopped shouting at Momo due to the fact that they also got the window broken last week
