Chapter 2 - Colorful

Dahyun's POV

Another day at school...

I was thinking of what Momo said yesterday

"My teammate said something the other day."

"The moment I met him, my life changed. Everything I saw, everything I heard. Everything I felt. All the scenery around me started to take on color."

"But... To me... To me it all looks like it's in monotone. Just like music scores... Just like a keyboard."

A disaster at the "60th Anniversary Piano Competition" played in my mind. A memory that I don't want to remember ever again.

"The autumn I was eleven... I... Could no longer play the piano."

Scene Changed (After School)

Class is already over, yet I'm still here inside the classroom. Listening to the music, and making them notes, writing it in a music sheet.

I look outside the window...

"It's raining..." I thought

"Leaving yourself WIDE open!" I heard someone yelled, but I couldn't understand it because my earphones is still in my ears.

Suddenly something hit me, a baseball to be exact...

I panicked and looked around to see who threw the baseball, still sitting

"Jeez, what a boring reaction." I suddenly heard a familiar voice, very familiar.

"What does youth mean to you anyway!?" Loud voice, yep its Momo alright.

She took off one of my earphone and put it in her ear

"Sitting alone in the classroom after school. What are you listening to?" Momo asked

"Hey, don't yank on those!" I shouted

She then felt amazed...

"Hey, is this "The Millions" new song!? The one that's playing that commercial now? Whoa!" She exclaimed, I sweatdropped

"Oh back off..." I mumbled

"Dahyun, tomorrow's Saturday, so you're free right?" Momo suddenly asked

"Don't just jump on conclusions!" I told her

"Oh, so you have plans then?" I mentally faceplamed

"See, this girl in my class asked me to introduced her to Tzuyu. And we're gonna meet up tomorrow." Momo stated

"You come, too. Dahyun." She added

"Huh? Why would I go?" I asked

"Well, if it's just me, this girl, and Tzuyu, it's gonna be awkward for me. Because you know it's gonna get romantic as heck. But two on two would be perfect." She explained

"And besides, I hear this girl played classical music." She added

I was shocked after hearing that...

"Since you play piano, Dahyun. You'd have to have something to talk about. Which would be a big help, see? Whenever the conversation lags, you could talk about instruments and stuff, right?" Where did she get this smart words? Is this even Momo? Just kidding...

"But I, quit playing the piano. I haven't played in two years." I told her

"You liar! You were playing yesterday in the music room!" She yelled
