Momo's POV

Me and my teammates were in the baseball field, practicing even if the sky is so dark right now.

"First... Oof!" I was about to pass the baseball on my teammate but it slipped off my hand

"Safe!"

"Lucky!!" I cried in despair

"What the heck was that, Momo?"

After Practice

I was walking with my other close friend, Jihyo while eating a popsicle, this friend of mine is really quiet but she suddenly say something

"Little kids are so gung-ho!"

"I know, even though the water's so cold." I told her in agreement

"Yeah, but you used to dive from the "Courage Bridge" all the time. Not to mention, always shoving Dahyun off it..."

"That was no biggie! Dahyun always laughed it off himself." I said defensively

"I wouldn't call that "no biggie"." Jihyo said while taking a sip on her waterbottle

"Sure it was. I know it for a fact."

"Did something happen between you and Dahyun?" She asked and I freaked out

"N-N-N-Not a thing! Don't say freaky things like that!" I told her while stuttering

"Well, okay, then. I mean, being upbeat is your only saving grace. But yesterday and today, you kind of haven't been yourself. Momo... Your eyes are cloudy." I didn't look at her because I having a deep thought about what she just told me. But my thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice of a guy

"Hey! If it isn't Jihyo and Momo! What a coincidence!"

"Yo, Jeongyeon-sunbaenim!" (A/N: Imagine Jeongyeon as Momo's senior haha)

"Long time no see!" Jihyo also greeted

"Hey, check out that uniform."

"Now that's a high school student!"

Jeongyeon's eyes were pretty much emotionless but I heard him chuckled as we admire his uniform

"I haven't seen you since graduation." I know Jeongyeon-sunbaenim was talking about me

Since his and my house is in the same direction, he insisted that he should walk me home. So we bid our goodbyes to Jihyo and walk, he started speaking

"You burning up the league as usual, huh Momo?"

"Oh, I'm on fire! How about you sunbae?"

"It's tough being a first year again. I'm nothing but a gofer. And if they'd just let me play shorstop, I'd be the best, you know?" Was his long statement

"The former captain of our baseball team. Totally hot, dependable, and about one all the girls dreamed about. So unlike someone else I know! A complete tool, not to be dependable on... No one's idea of a dreamboat... It's okay. It's okay. I do know that Dahyun has lots of good qualities besides playing the piano, after all!"

"Looks like rain, huh?" Jeongyeon-sunbae stopped walking, so am I but I'm looking up the sky.

"Cloudy weather." I muttered under my breath

"Your eyes are cloudy." Why did Jihyo told me that?

"It's okay. It's okay. So why am I feeling so uneasy, then?" I continue to walk but Jeongyeon-sunbae called me
