Chapter 26

~ Matt

This is it. The day I finally take Brianna to see O2L.

"You ready?" I asked, getting ready to leave.

"Almost. How were you ready before me?"

"I don't even know," I laughed.

We walked out. I helped her into the car and then got in myself.

"It's a bit of a long drive, so get comfortable," I warned.

"I already am!"

She had moved the seat back, plugged her earbuds into her phone, and was cuddling with her pillow pet.

"You're so cute," I said.

She looked at me and smiled.

"I. Love. That. Smile." I gushed.

"Awwww."

She sat herself up and kissed me on the cheek. I turned and looked at her. She's perfect. It wasn't long before our little staring contest became a make out session.

"Matt."

"What?" I asked, breaking away.

"Are we gonna leave now?"

I sighed and stuck the keys in the ignition. During the drive, Brianna was singing out loud to all of her music. I didn't know some of the songs. When she got to one I did know, I tried to sing it with her.

"Matt, NOO! That's not how it goessss!" she whined.

Then I would ask her how it does go. The best part was hearing her beautiful voice. I'm so glad she can talk again. Before we knew it, I was pulling into the driveway of the O2L house. Brianna had fallen asleep. I'm kinda surprised. The drive was only 45 minutes.

"Brianna!" I yelled, shaking her awake.

"A-are we here?"

I nodded.

"Oh my God!"

She pulled the mirror down and fixed her hair and makeup.

"How do I look?" she asked after a few minutes.

"On point."

She giggled and hopped out of the car, straightening her clothes before walking over to me.

"I'm nervous," she mumbled.

"It's okay. They'll love you. I promise."

We approached the front door and stopped. I texted Kian, just to make sure they're all here.

Me: You guys all here? Brianna and I are waiting at the door

Kian: 👍

"Just walk in," I said.

"Are you su-"

"Walk in Bri."

She reached her hand out to the door knob and opened it slowly. I really hope the guys like her. She comes off as shy to most people.

"Hey guys!" I yelled as we walked in.

Out of nowhere, they all jump out and yell surprise. I started laughing at their goofiness. Brianna was completely in awe of the six guys standing before her.

"Hi Brianna!" they exclaimed, all in unison.

I think they may have rehearsed this.

"I'm Jc Caylen."

"Connor."

"Sam."

"Ricky."

"Kian."

"Trevor Moran."

She laughed at their little performance and blushed a bit.

"Why don't we formally introduce ourselves?" Jc suggested.

"Okay, uh, hi. I'm Brianna," she stuttered.

I could tell she was holding back from engulfing them all in a hug.

"We know," Connor giggled.

"Oh well...uhmm...."

Her face was turning a deeper shade of red.

"Would you like a hug? I just love giving out hugs," he smiled.

She nodded slightly and ran into Connor. Everyone in the room "aww-d". Once they pulled away from each other, she hugged all of the other guys. I can already tell this is gonna be interesting
