Chapter 32

Finally, the school year was over. The worst one yet. Girls, most I've never talked to before, approached me all year, asking about the boys.

"Can I have Nash's number?"

"Oh em gee do you think I can meet Cameron?"

"What was it like hanging out with Shawn?!"

They just wanted to be friends with me to get something out of it. At least it's finally over. I get to spend the entire summer with my real friends.

My hands were trembling as I left the plane, excitement streaming through my veins. The first thing I saw as I walked into the airport was Matt, ready for a hug.

"Matt!"

Tears rushed down my face as I jumped up into his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist. I nestled my head into his neck.

"I missed you so much."

"I missed you too baby," he said, kissing my cheek.

I never wanted to let go. He put me down gently and looked into my eyes. He pecked my lips and took my hand.

"So, did you check any bags?" he asked.

"No, I just have this one," I hinted towards my rolling suitcase.

"Alright, so Tristan didn't come this time? I heard Taylor picked up Savannah a few hours ago."

"Yea, he's been really busy with college prep and this new girlfriend he has."

"I understand."

"Hey Matt?"

"Yea?"

"Piggy back ride?"

He playfully rolled his eyes and assembled himself for me to hop on.

"Here, take my bag," I said,

"Yes m'lady."

We laughed and talked the entire walk to the car. During the drive, Matt didn't talk much.

"Why are you being so quiet?"

"Oh nothing," he said, smirking.

I'll just go with the flow I guess.

~ half an hour later

"Welcome home!" Matt exclaimed.

We were both standing in front of the beach house. He opened the front door for me like the gentleman he is. All the lights were off. Not even a second later, they all came on. Everyone jumped out of nowhere yelling...

"Surprise!!!"

I was in awe. No one has ever done this for me before.

"Thank you so much! I don't know what to say!"

Everyone was there. Nash, Hayes, Shawn, Taylor, Savannah, Aaron, Sammy, Jack, Jack, Cameron, Carter, Jacob, Dillon, Mahogany, Brent, Jc, Sam, Trevor, Connor, Ricky, and Kian. There were some other Youtubers there, who were introduced to me. I met Kian's girlfriend, Andrea, Carter's girlfriend, Maggie, Jenn (jennxpenn), Jack (thatsojack), Tyler Oakley, and Troye Sivan. I missed everyone so much, and it was so great making new friends.

~ a few hours later

I was having an amazing time, but I was kind of getting bored of the party. Tyler, Troye, the girls, and I all decided to hang out in the basement. We were kind of sprawled around the room, on our phones, not really talking.

"So, what do you guys wanna do?" I chimed in.

"Why don't we set up your youtube channel?" Tyler suggested.

"M-my youtube channel?"

"Yea, you should make one!" Jenn remarked.

"Really?"

"Totally! Why don't we make your first video tonight?" Troye added.

"Are you serious?"

"Of course!" Andrea squealed.

"Okay, let's get started!"
