"Ellen! Ellen!" I cry out.

"What?" she asks, probably annoyed at me yelling at her.

"It's my phone! It's been in my pocket this whole time!" I'm so excited my heart is about to burst.

"And I should be happy because?"

"Because" I start, "It means that I can call my mum and see if she's okay!"

"Well then call her" she says, not sounding too interested at this time.

"I'm just..." I trail off.

"You're just what?" she asks.

"I'm just not sure if I'd be able to keep on going if she's dead".

"What do you mean by that?"

"If she is dead, then I'll have nothing" I tell her, "Shes my only family left and I'll be all alone in the world".

"That's not true" she tells me, "You'll still have me". She smiles and grasps my hand tightly. I smile back, and we continue walking to the car dealership. The group has sped up and are about ten metres ahead of us, so we just run towards them and pretend we've been there the whole time. We walk another five minutes, mainly in silence and arrive at the dealership. It has shattered glass lining the walls -obviously from bullets-, dead bodies -as expected-, and a few cars out the front.
"I totally call dibs on the Hyundai!" Ally said racing towards the red car at the speed of light.

"I want the ford" Ed said casually walking towards his grey car.

"Hmmm" I say. "I'll have...The Jeep" I walk towards it examining it's exterior.

"Hey Jayden" Rachel said.

"What?" I ask.

"You bought a Jeep" She says, breaking out into laughter.

"Well technically I didn't buy the Jeep" I tell her.

"Whatever" She says to me, turning the other way.

"Where are the keys?" Brayden says to the group.

"Wouldn't they be inside?" Ed and Rachel say at the same time and break into laughter.

"Yeah I think so" Ellen says.

"I'll go and get them" I say and begin walking into the building. I walk past the dead bodies and to a counter out the front.behind it lies a body, blood all over it. I see the keys and take the ones we need, and walk halfway to the entrance before stopping. "Call your mum" I think to myself, "Now's the perfect time".
"I'm just not sure" I say out loud.
"Just do it" I think to myself again.
"Alright" I speak aloud. I dial her number and press the call number. Im so nervous about what will happen next I'm shaking. It goes on for a bit longer before it goes to voicemail. Tears begin to well up in my eyes and begin rolling down my cheeks. That's when I hear somebody pick up and a familiar voices speak.
"Hello" she says. "Who is this?"
